I have come here three times and each time I have had poor customer service or a feeling of racial discrimination. The last incident being today where I just came in for gel and a comb, I waited at the register for a few minutes. There is an older man who stepped away while I waited at the counter to help two older women with questions about a closure wig. There was a young woman behind the counter who seemed to be doing inventory and although made eye contact, did not move to assist me. No problem. I wait for her male counterpart to return. He returns with the two women in tow and a wig and proceeds to ring up the wig although I have been standing there. I don’t say anything to see if he’ll say he’ll be with me in a moment or to see if he’ll direct the other female worker to ring me up as there was another free register. He does neither and begins to continue to speak with the two women he assisted as if I was not there although they are standing BEHIND me. I put my things down and went to another beauty supply store. If you like feeling watched while you shop or being ignored then please come.

Super rude. I see why these reviews are what they are. I bought these wana be crocs 2 days ago, worn them once yesterday all day, they made my feet hurt. I returned it today and she said no! After I had receipt an I wanted to get another pair they didn't have my size so I wanted to get something else , she said no. It was a Asian lady probably the one with all the reviews on.

They don’t allow customers to try on wigs even if you explain to them you have a medical condition and you have to try it on to make sure it fits… they have no empathy or compassion and have the nerve to say Covid is still going on and that’s why and if they do for me bc I have a medical reason they have to do for everyone else…

Nobody greets you. You stand at the counter as if you doing them a favor lolol just terrible customer service. I'm tryna do better the Lord knows!! I just won't come back to this place.. terrible..it's always us...smh..

The service is awful the young ladies have terrible attitudes which is why I amRating it a 1 but the prices are fairly comparable to other beauty supply stores.

I ordered this GiGi hair removal strips and it does not work at all...not even one hair cane off my face. I went to the store to return it and the owner guy said "it's not my problem the product don't work, I cannot guve no refund or store credit ." That was terrible customer service, very rude. Be careful from buying things there. I will never return there with the way they treat customers.

As a mother of a biracial child I always feel like I’m being judged in other beauty supply store if I go in myself and buy braiding hair for my daughter. I already don’t know what I’m looking for and I’m trying my best to find what she needs. But At this establishment they don’t make me feel awkward which is really nice. My anxiety was through the roof but a simple comment from the cashier saying she liked my glasses just helped put me at ease. Other than the fact that when you go in your basically ignored til you checkout, I still find this place better than the rest of the beauty supply stores in the area.

No customer service at all. Extremely rude staff. Spend your hard earned coins with businesses that appreciate your hard earned coins. They acted like it would hurt the gut to speak but when I left the register they had no problem speaking to one another. We need these types of businesses out of our communities if we can't even get the bare minimum customer service.

The older Asian male manager wasn't pleasant or professional at all. As I walked in the store he was smoking a cigarette when I walked in he came I after. I asked him for assistance and he sent someone to assist. I asked the lady what I was looking for and was very patient with her because she wasn't knowledgeable about ethnic hair. I was very specific about what I needed and she kept suggesting the hair was the same. I stopped her immediately and told her please dont tell a black woman about her hair (she was Hispanic) She continued to assist as best as she could however she couldn't find the product so I went to the register where the old man was and asked him to look in the system. He did and found the product. When I proceeded to pay the old Asian man and Hispanic woman started talking about me. I interceded and checked them both. All to say when the manager has no professionalism you cant expect the employees to. I guess all of the African American women quit. This was the first time I seen Hispanic women working in the store All to say I wont be going back I'm tired of the Asian beauty supply stores taking our money and treating us like we owe them something

The level of service that these merchants give is TOTALLY unacceptable. I had a select amount of items to purchase and seen that the cashier(seemingly the owner) rung up KISS NAIL GLUE that I DID NOT have. I asked him about it and he denied ringing it up. He smirked and asked, “Do you think your math is better than the computer’s?” I responded “Yes, my math is better than the computer’s. I make computers, computers don’t make me.”When I retrieved my receipt, KISS NAIL GLUE was in fact on the receipt. Ultimately , he had to admit that he had added an extra item on. This is STEALING. Point blank!I am writing this review to encourage anyone who frequents this place to pay attention to every detail. What’s 99 cents is often rang up as $1 or 0.9999 which goes a long way over the course of a day/month/year.STOP spending your money where you are not respected or appreciated and find alternatives. These people only care about taking your money and are disrespectful most of the time. Especially the guy that I encountered. This was the 2nd time I witnessed him insulting a customer.

Just walked into this place and right out. Asked an Asian person for help and she was extremely rude. Almost like I was bothering her. Must stop supporting these places! So done with these low class people. Ultimately, we have the power to shut them down. Let them sit in an empty store for 2 weeks and they will be gone by the third week.

When people treat you like they don't want your business.. ....I leave my stuff at the register and walk out. It worked out, because I saved $30. at Beauty World across the street
