Great job and even great service from the warehouse team. I came to pick up my company order. Frankie and Johnny are one the best team members you have. They had me in and out. And I can’t forget about this very precious professional manager name Barbara. She was teaching And helping at the same time. Great team in this location.

Today I had a fantastic experience at Floor & Decor with supervisor Tae and store manager James. Both of them provided exceptional customer service very helpful and attentive to my needs. They both took the time to understand my budget and helped me find the perfect kitchen tile, going above and beyond to ensure I got the best deal. Very knowledgeable and friendly, making the overall shopping experience excellent. I highly recommend this store for anyone looking for quality flooring and great assistance!

Good Customer Service is getting harder and harder to find in Metro Atlanta…. Even though wages have gone up in some areas.. Companies have been limited on hiring good qualified help-
You would think that it would give more chances for more qualified individuals who want to work.
My Motto Mediocre Customer Service must go!
I arrived to this Floor and Decor late close to closing time. Was greeted by the cashier…
“Welcome to Floor and Decor” Big Plus! Although I did not receive any help because looked like everyone was ready to leave. I understand and get it so I was not troubled by that. However, I walked to the front and asked for assistance and no one showed up so I waited a little longer still nothing so I walked to the restroom way across to the other side in the rear of the store.
When I returned out of the restroom there was a lot chatter amongst the employees saying it’s closing time and have they performed final walk thru. I arrived back to the register, waited for the customers in front of me, and asked again for assistance because the tiles were extremely heavy! And finally was helped by Mr Kamron…. At the point I was feeling a little salty, because the lack of care I received. I was purchasing the 36 x 60 foot tile, needed about 8 sheets, along with 20 boxes of mosaic tile - He gave assistance loading them on a cart.
The store was closing and I did not have enough space for everything so I had to back and retrieve my 16 Foot box truck. Mr Kamron went the extra mile and helped me by allowing me time to go get my truck and return. I was last transaction for the day and spent over $2100 for my tile… Mr Kamron provided a good number to reach him and then assisted me with loading my truck. This guy is a person I want working with me and my company. He was energetic, kind, friendly, and accommodating. Hats and Kudos to this store in McDonough. This is how you keep customers coming back to your store.
Ms Angelo- said “People will sometimes forget what you say, BUT they will never forget on how you made them feel!” Hats off to James Pierre the Manager for hiring good people!
