Lexi & Christian were awesome! I showed up with a box of consoles and games, and they attentively helped me the moment I walked in. During the transaction, they informed me about every promotion, price, specs, etc and they made the 3 hours I spent feel like a vacation. They even defended me from spiders that randomly kept showing up! Days like today prove why I always go out of my way to go to this Gamestop, because I always have the best experience here and it gets better each time. Thank you so much and I appreciate y’all dealing with me!

My son came in to pick out a game for doing well in school and the guy working there was so sweet he told him congratulations and even gave him some Mario like flair stuff like a poster and some pins he was so sweet and it really made my son's day great place definitely going to come here again

Employees don’t know how to do their job and uses customers points without the owner of the account being present. Stay away if you want a good GameStop experience.

Employees take the Funko chase pops and place them to the side for them to purchase themselves and only stock up the no chase versions. I saw this with my eyes today, employee with blue hair. This is not a negative review to the store but a negative review on the practice of not giving their buyers an equal opportunity to find chase variants of Funkos in their stores.

Went in to return a product they said they can’t. The lady was not nice at all. I went to one in Jonesboro and the lady was so nice and did it. Bad customer service at this location
