I just want to say that Luke was so amazing. He helped me with my iPhone 15 that was having an audio issues. It didn’t really take no more than about 20 to 30 minutes to do tests all while helping others at the same time . He also sent out an order for the parts so that it’ll be working as good as new. I feel that I made a friend that day and I truly appreciate him. Whoever is over lunch y’all better buy him some because he deserves that and then some, Thank y’all so much for the help!!

Great experience and Luke was absolutely the best! I had quite a day. I was late to my appointment almost 15 minutes and Luke was just arriving to start his shift and didn't make any promises but told me he would try his best to help me. I ended up having to reset my apple id because of coarse I forgot it and this took an hour but yet again, Luke came through and told me to come back and he'd still try his best to work me in. I arrived back an hour later and dropped my phone off and was told to be back in 2 hours. Well of coarse I was late and the store was closing. I literally saw Luke walking to his car and he turned around, went back in and got me my phone! I cant say enough about how polite and empathetic he was even with turning around! (By the way, I didn't ask him to turn around, he saw me and instantly turned and started walking back) If I could give him 10 stars, what an asset to have at a company! Did i mention my iPhone was literally perfect?! My service was completed on 10/3/25 and I just saw a best buy commercial and his service stayed with me and I ran to post this review. That's how well of an impression was made! I cant recommend this geek squad location enough!

The Geek Squad at Best Buy in McDonough were very helpful and courteous. I purchased a new laptop. Since I don't very much about technology they set up everything I needed and were able to answer all my questions.

Very unprofessional, total disregard for customers, zero customer service ethics. Geek squad is the worst place to go for repairs. Don’t even border signing up with them annually. They will constantly take money from your card and refuse you service. My device has been with them for 14 days, no update or any form of communication from them. I kept calling them and they keep giving me conflicting information. When I check the status of my repair it’s say the last time it was worked on was 3/10/25 see attached foto. These people a very wi Kee and mean. They only care about the money they take from
Your card. They don’t care about you. Their technicians are soo confused and don’t even know anything about repai. They will mess you up and still
Give zero accountability. Please don’t use them . Worst repair company ever

They are extremely unprofessional, no regard whatsoever for their customers. They will take money from your card and refuse to fix your device. They took my device on 3/7/25 and promised me almost 10business days. After 7 business days I started calling to know the know the status of my repair, it took them along an hour for me to get answers and I was told everything, is fixed they are restoring my data. After 3 days which is the 10th business day I called them and I was given conflicting information. No communication whatsoever from, complete disregard for my work and the inconvenience their delay and lack professionalism is costing me. This McDonough branch is the worst of them all. They are only interested in taking your money. My device is still with them and they could care less. This 14days and they could care less. Very disappointed!!! Geek squad McDonough are scammers. They will frustrate you take your money and refuse to communicate or update you. Worst of all they refused to fix it

Back of my iPhone 14 Pro Max is broken. Unquestionably covered under Apple Care... They're authorized dealers but claim they can't order parts unless they hold my phone for days. They refuse to order parts unless they keep the phone. This is 2024 - who can be without their phone for an unspecified amount of time? Did not give an option to pay up front and be refunded after the repair either... It is wild that they would expect customers to simply leave their phones for days on end while awaiting parts and repairs.

I will never return to that best buy Geek squad. The technicians there don’t know what they’re doing. They do not have the knowledge to repair an iphone. I requested them to replace my iphone battery and they returned my iphone with its battery not replaced and they stripped the screw at the bottom of my iphone. I am so very disappointed. And the technician that talked to me is rude and liar.

I was disappointed that they couldn't solve my issue. I repeatedly told the tech I needed to be at work at a certain time and they said no problem. I will have you up and running shortly, well before your deadline but, as the time got closer she was catching a attitude trying to make everything my fault before she finally said I give up.

Showed up on time and fixed the problem quickly. He was gracious enough to show me how to possibly solve any more problems myself in the future.

Poor customer service. Called 3 times after I made 2 purchases. Said orders would be ready in approx 1 hr. Waited 12 hrs NOTHING! Called a 4x Customer agent “Andrew” said since my order was purchased with PayPal send daughter into store to locate items & take them to pickup station. They stated they would have to cancel the orders & pick up in store. So my daughter walked out empty handed. Call the store & get voice mail for a return. Hasn’t happened!!! Called again the next day still waiting for order to be filled!!!!!! VERY UPSET
