Great work, very informative they keep you updated on the status of your car and if you don’t have anyone to drop you off at the car rental place next door; Well, they are enterprises’s customer and therefore, The receptionist will call them to come pick you up to go over to enterprise to get the rental. I been there twice thus far. If you live in McDonough, Georgia go there.

I was sent here by warranty company for repairs. They were extremely slow getting work done. I was told it would be ready on a certain date, and the date kept getting pushed back. I called and left messages with the estimator, but she never called me back. She failed to fix one of the issues we brought to her attention. Now, I will have to make another appointment with another repair shop to get the issue repaired. My car was in from April 14th to April 24th for a very minimal repair. I was told it would be ready around 12 on the 24th. I waited until 1:24 to pick up the car. It still wasn’t ready and was told it wouldn’t be ready until after 2:00 because it still needed to be detailed. I said that I would just rather come pick it up without detailing because it has taken so long. I have used Gerber in years past and haven’t had issues. This experience has not been stellar or professional.

I was recently in an accident, and Gerber was recommended by my insurance company. The service was top tier, and the company (Danieele) offered me constant updates on my vehicle. I am very pleased with the service and quick completion on my vehicle. Thank you

Work was completed in a timely manner. I am glad they used OEM parts. Fit and finish wasn't to my likings. However, they made it right and fixed what needed fixed. Great customer service!

The only reason I'm giving one star is because zero is not an option..I read the reviews before I came and thought they can't be that bad. I was wrong. They were TERRIBLE the customer service and the communication from this company was HORRIBLE. The person assigned to my case was Danielle she didn't communicate with me what was going on with my car.She didn't return phone calls.I finally just went and picked up my car after 2 and a half weeks.

I would never recommend anyone do business with these people. They have no clue what’s going on, one day they have my parts, the next day they don’t have them, then they say oh we have to make sure it fits, that to me means they have no idea what they are even ordering. Unorganized, unprofessional, with no knowledge. Save yourself or your insurance company some money and take your business elsewhere!!!! I ended up canceling my appointment so I can fix my light myself bc I do not trust these people!
Edit: No part of the management team ever contacted me in any way shape or form. No phone call, voicemail, or email. Obviously this response was just to make them look like they tried solving the issue. Lol

Went in for some rear end damage under an insurance claim for a 2020 Honda Insight Touring. Dropped the car off July 25th, everything was going good for about the first week & then around the beginning of week 2 the stories start. After it was finished in paint they said they were waiting on another part to finish the reassembly as the previous one came in damaged. That was august 6th. The next update on august 8th simply said they are nearing completion & if they encounter any delays they would call.. a few hours later I get a text that the car is on track for being completed the next day (a Friday) & that all they needed to do was a couple calibrations (no longer mentioning the part they are waiting on). Well the entirety of Friday rolls around & I tried to not call & be that guy rushing for their car back, but then I didn’t get a call about the car. Had to wait out the weekend. Monday morning rolls around & I get a call saying they are waiting on a window trim for my rear driver side window.. the car was on track to be ready on Friday when y’all updated me that Thursday. So kinda confused of how the missing part came back into play after the car was suppose to be just going thru “calibrations”. So I drive up there after that phone call to check on the car & they give me my car back that day, without the trim (I agreed to this as I wanted my car back. Had I let them keep it to wait on this part I would still not have my car back as of August 23rd. Almost an entire month). While picking the car up the insurance claim person says the part will hopefully be in around the middle of that week. Well here we are on Friday August 23rd & I still don’t have a window trim on my car. Going on vacation Sunday for a week so I’ll have to drive around an unfinished car & potentially still be waiting when I come back home. This is just the beginning of my issues. Haven’t even gotten around to the panel fitment on the car. the gas cap sticks out from the rest of the side body panel & the body panel around the trunk is not even. The left side is flush but then the right side sticks out. Their job is to return it to OEM factory specs. This fitment is not factory I promise you that. One pro I can give them is the paint looks pretty good. The people there are nice & I don’t wanna be rude to anybody I just want my car handled properly & in a timely manner & maybe communicated better that they are trying to get this part in sooner with all the “delays”. Update August 24th: just now realizing after washing the car they got paint on my driver side window… can clearly see the tape line & somehow sprayed right past it.

Not the experience I expected. Will not return, after repair interior of car filthy. Someone left window partially open dust everywhere. Dust all over dashboard had a hard time verifying repair because of it being out in the elements. And there was a scratch that wasnt there before they offered to fix but I dont trust them to do that right.
I hope I never have to go to a body shop again. But if so, I will definitely take to Chevy body shop.

I know dealing with places like this can be a pain(On both sides lol) but I actually had a pretty good experience. My car was damaged when I hit a tire in the road that I couldn’t avoid in time, my insurance company listed Gerber as one of their preferred body shops and decided to give them a try. Candace worked my claim and she was very nice and professional as my car was being repaired. My car is repaired and looks good. I appreciate the professionalism and you guys handling my car with care. Hopefully I don’t have to come back but if I do I know I’m in good hands.
