Had my vehicle repaired and upon pick up got in the car and realized the car was driving inadequately. Took the vehicle back to Gerber and told them how it was driving. They proceeded to tell me that nothing was wrong if you press really hard on the gas pedal (speeding). Danielle also had a very condescending attitude with the whole situation. They put me back in my rental after I explained that the car feels unsafe to drive & a few days later I was billed $300 for a diagnostic. They stated that was because the accident “did not cause the problem,” mind you the vehicle was NOT driving in this manner prior to the accident. Through my years of having a vehicle I have known other shops to charge $50-$100 for a diagnostic. $100 for the very MOST& expensive company whose service was 10000% better. When I received the receipt, the line item for the test stated $200. After asking where the $300 total came from the explanation was “taxes” which were listed at $0.00 on the same receipt. I still do not understand where the extra $100 was added into this. We payed the cost because we needed our vehicle back. When taking it to a dealership for our vehicles make, they were shocked and disappointed at the cost of the diagnostic that Gerber provided. The service department of that highly known company stated “they should be ashamed for taking advantage of you in this situation.” The woman at the front desk was also gossiping & speaking about her coworker disrespectfully to me, what “professionalism.” We mistakenly took it here with our insurance and mistake is what they proved to be. My spouse meant to ask for CALLIBER COLLISION. Who we have previously used and enjoyed. We will NEVER recommend GERBER COLLISION.

Gerber Collision was absolutely amazing with my car repair. They went above and beyond and outdid themselves. Everyone was so helpful from Mary to Jessica at the front desk to Phillip answering all my questions and being so reassuring. I hope I don’t ever need y’all again but I definitely know who to trust. Thank You so much for everything!

Some deers struck my truck. Took it to Gerber where I meet Candice she has sent me weekly reports with updates, and has returned my calls I haven't received my truck back yet but I trust in the process I'll do a review when it's returned.

Never again! If I ever get my vehicle back, I'll be driving it to consult with a consumer law lawyer. That is just how disappoi Iinted with this business I AM. They have had my vehicle since Jan. 5tu& today is the 23rd. They are fixing it at a rate of 1 repair step per day! I regret taking my vehicle to them. They need to hire some help or something because they've definitely bitten off more than they can chew. OFF WITH IT'S HEAD, SO IT IS!

If I could leave no stars I would, I brought my 2020 Jeep Renegade here for repairs after someone hit me from behind. My car was driving just fine even after the accident they had my vehicle for 3 and a half weeks and didn’t tell me any updates about my vehicles my terrible insurance deemed it a total loss and Gerber estimator said they couldn’t even put my car car back together to send it somewhere else I called the next week to another person and magically my car could be put back together for a dumb price of 500.00 when I got my vehicle back my window strip was off they said it was damaged before they got which is funny my window was fine before it got there. And my trunk board was gone and this lady had the audacity to say they go ahead and dispose of parts in the car before we gave any consent to total it out I literally can’t believe you charge people 500 and took stuff out of the vehicle like I would understand a damaged part but floor board really. And I when I came back to ask if they could find it the lady had a condescending tone telling the front office lady what does she need it’s a total loss. I will never come back this place is awful

My experience was quick and easy. I'm awaiting the completion of repairs, but the initial process was very customer friendly. Kind and attentive staff and thus far, a smooth process. They've kept me updated during the process as well.

Horrible, this company don’t desire the any stars. I took my car to Gerber Collision on 3/20/2023 for paint job, not only did they do a? job on the paint, they didn’t properly reassemble my vehicle the front windshield was not installed correctly, they seals around the windshield wasn’t properly installed the back bumper on the car was not tightened. I don’t know why they took the car apart and didn’t even paint the entire vehicle. I called Danielle several times all I got from her was vehicle that wasn’t there before I took there and they claimed the vehicle was like that. I took pictures of my care before leaving it with them so I know nothing was wrong. also I was told a manager hadbto inspect the problem but he was on vacation and would call me in July . I guess Danielle forgot to tell July of what year because I never got a call from anyone. Oh yeah let me tell how Danielle had the front worker to me . I called up there asked for Danielle, I gave the lady my name and the reason for my call. When so returned to the phone she said Danielle was unavailable and would be leaving so she would have to call me Monday. I’m driving in along listening to the lies walked into the facility to see Danielle sitting back doing nothing. When I gave the reception my name she didn’t know what to do. I told her I wanted to talks to Danielle, Danielle had already gave me eye contact when I walked in. This chick tell the receptionist that she is busy and wouldn’t be available, It’s Friday I get it, but guess what I said with a smile, “I will wait”. I want to hear the lie face to face. Danielle couldn’t look me in the eye. Hopefully I’ll get a call from management, I’ve only been waiting 8 months. Maybe I’ll get a call in July 2024 when he comes back from vacation.This place is a joke… don’t waste your time, money, or energy and the insurance companies need to stop recommending them.Case# 47848491Service: Painting

Very unprofessional and poor customer service. I had an appointment for over a week which was confirmed by this "business" via text messaged. I arrived for my appointment on time and was told they had cancelled the appointment. They never sent a notification, not call, no text, no email, absolutely nothing. When I asked who canceled it, they said "we did" and I inquired why, they literally said we don't have time for you, we don't have an estimator to do the estimate for you because he is out for the day, then in same sentence they said, I don't have an estimator for you because they both have appointments. So if the person was out for the day and it's 2pm, they had plenty of opportunities to let me know. I had to take time away from work, only to show up and been sent away. Don't waste your time here, they have no respect for you or your time. A notification earlier on the day would have been greatly appreciated, but waiting until I showed up is highly unprofessional.

Danielle made me feel like I was dropping my Jeep off in good hands. Her communication is absolutely phenomenal, every Thursday I got an update and if anything was needed or done she always called me. Gerber you definitely got a winner on your team! Our second time dealing with Gerber. The first time, our adjuster was awesome and kept us in the loop. Just recently, we dealt with Danielle and had to call to get updates.

I will never recommend this company to no one I took my truck here for repairs I had to return the truck because it had a blemish in the paint so they half fixed that problem also it’s been 10 months I been waiting on them to order my interior door panel that they were paid to replace and keep saying it’s been ordered or it’s on back ordered really 10 months at this point just reimburse me or my insurance because the job was definitely not completed no need to reply unless you guys are replying that my part is in? I have tried to reach out to James the Gm several times over the phone still no response all I get is he will call me back! Guess I will get a better response in person!!!Services: Painting
