I am a white guy. I asked for a simple haircut (i showed this a picture), they screw it up so bad, it's been weeks and I assumed my hair would grow into the picture type, but it's not even close .

Great Clips in Lake Dow is the best! Kim (the manager) is best there is! If you want to go to a Great Clips, go to the one in Lake Dow!!!

She didn't finish cutting my hair. She just cut the end of the back of my hair and a little layers around my face and they are uneven. It was less the 8 minutes hair cut. This hair cut is a joke. The stylist didn't take pride in her work. It's a waste of money, time and feelings disappointed. I will never go back. I DON'T RECOMMEND this salon. Go SOME WHERE ELSE.

Great stylist, great service and little to no wait. My stylist Carlotta was great!
Stylist: Carlotta was great and she was fast! There was little to no weight upon arrival (even though I didn’t check in). Also, she took extra steps by putting me under the shampoo bowl before adding curling cream to make my curls really defined; I loved my drop fade which she did really well leaving a natural line with a fresh style.

Though I think the prices are a little inflated I was grateful to have brought my daughters in. We had two techs who made them feel comfortable and they got their hair cuts and dried. The check in was a little bit of a hassle but over all we were able to get it worked out. The only major problem we had was my daughter being checked in as my son, but I'm hoping that won't cause further issues as we just left the Ola GC bc they skinned my son's head the day before our Aunt's funeral.

Carma gave me the best haircut I’ve had in a while gave her free range and did not disappoint she described a bit risky haircut but assured me I’d rock it and was not dissatisfied with how it looked she definitely has an eye for knowing what will work for you

It seemed like it was the employee's very first time cutting hair. She seemed so unsure, made me regret sitting in the chair. Wish I had went elsewhere. Left with a haircut I didn't want, guess I should've expected it since it was 18$.

The employees were nice but I asked for about a quarter inch of and she cut an inch+ off. I highly doubt I would come back to this location.
