I was on a time crunch looking for apartments and I was this close to signing a lease here, but when I had a couple of more questions about a specific apartment no one ever got back to me. I was ready to give them my money and no one ever emailed or texted me back. Leasing nowadays is very different from how it used to be. No one answers the phone anymore and you just get AI chats. So be forewarned if you’re doing this entire process out of state, this place will not reach out to you.

This review and stars are based solely on my touring experience with Chyna
I toured this complex on a Friday around 3 PM, and I have to say it was an excellent experience. Chyna was extremely thorough, down-to-earth, and very informative about everything. Her professionalism and knowledge truly stood out and made the tour enjoyable. Because of her, I am seriously considering making this my home!

I recently toured Halston and worked with Taia Bard & Chyna Smith during my search for a new home. Although I ultimately decided on a different community due to personal preferences, I was genuinely impressed by the professionalism and courtesy shown throughout the process.
The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and transparent when answering all my questions. The property itself was well-maintained, and the amenities appeared thoughtfully designed and clean. I especially appreciated how Chyna took the time to understand what I was looking for and provided helpful guidance without any pressure.
However, my plans did change with my move but,
I would gladly recommend them to anyone exploring housing in the area.

I definitely loved the atmosphere of the staff members when I first toured the apartments! Chyna was really informative and toured us around. She did a great job! We decided to go with this complex & I love it so far! When we moved in there were a few hiccups with the apartment but the team handled my complaints almost immediately. They did an amazing job! I really hope to make this my home for a few years ESPECIALLY if management stays this way. They’re doing amazing.

STAY AWAY from!!!Halston South Point Apartments!!The entire process has been extremely disorganized and frustrating.
I was promised multiple times by the property manager that they would contact the third-party approver within 24 hours to confirm my uploaded documents were valid and to ensure an easy approval. I was specifically told the property manager had the ability and authority to do this. Despite these repeated promises, no call was ever made within the 24-hour timeframe, resulting in unnecessary delays and disapproval.
I was also charged an unexplained fee that was never clearly stated. When I questioned this the staff could not provide a clear answer and suggested it might have been from a banking dispute. However, the “dispute” was automatically initiated by my financial institution due to being charged the same amount multiple times for separate applications to Halston South Point (two adults). As soon as I discovered this, I immediately resolved it with my bank and called the leasing office. I was told by Halston South Point that it was “not a problem” and that everything was settled and that we had nothing to worry about. Yet, I am still facing an unexplained charge today.
In addition, I was repeatedly lied to and ignored for over two days despite multiple phone calls, and had no other means of contact since this property does not even provide an email. The lack of communication and refusal to follow through on their own assurances shows how unreliable this apartment complex is.
For these reasons, I cannot recommend applying here. There are thousands of other apartment options around the Atlanta area that are more responsive and not liars unlike Halston South Point. We are very disappointed and shocked at the good reviews.

Trife! Endless cockroaches in unit way too many unnecessary fees on the rent these apartments are old don’t be fooled by the mediocre renovations the whole infrastructure is shifting take your money elsewhere it’s plenty of brand new complexes in the area no point in paying all this money for something of this quality. My lease cannot end fast enough!

Getting repairs done in a timely manner is not good they have too many fees that they tack on the nants in a lot of the units are terrible because there is water and dampness. I'm trying to find myself somewhere else by the middle of next month and so are a lot of other tenants.

Miss Sneed and Miss Ashley are ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE when it comes to their customer service, their overall drive and effort to help people. They both have great demeanors and attitudes towards their jobs and residents! When moving, it is usually a chaotic and stressful task, but they managed to make this transition a whole lot easier and overall BETTER for us!
We Are Absolutely IN LOVE WITH OUR NEW HOME!!

I’ve been here since March and I honestly wouldn’t consider these to be luxury. Valet trash comes at whatever time they want and skips days. Since being here I’ve had mold, roaches/ants, ac going out, kitchen sink falling through the counter, and a garage that doesn’t work. Maintenance doesn’t communicate and neither does the leasing office. honestly it’s just old apartments dressed up to look decent; there’s a lot of flaws once you actually start living here. At least it’s quiet though.

My husband and I have been living here for a little over a month and it has been amazing. From we first started inquiring on the property, the leasing staff (Ashley and Kay-Marie) and leasing manager (Tanitra) have been nothing short of PROFESSIONAL, patient and welcoming. The entire property is extremely clean, well maintained and the is very quiet and homely. The neighbors are very respectful as well. We love our apartment and had no issues with moving in at all. We had put in one maintenance request and that was answered in less than 24 hours. We love it here. Thanks for everything! ?

Great place to live. It's quiet with newly renovated apartments. All of the staff members are friendly and helpful. They quickly remember you by name making you feel like a member of the community! Maintenance is quick and efficient in response time to work orders. Great location, great amenities, and worth every penny! They worked so well with me with getting my apartment. Definitely try to make use of everything they have to offer that is already included in monthly rent. Highly recommend!
