I returned my Eco 20 inch power chain saw in 2024. I am sure it works good, but as an older shopper, it was too much for me to get it to start each time I tried to use it.
Unfortunately I MISSED THE 30 DAY RETURN POLICY FOR POWER TOOLS, AND HAD TO WORK WITH ECHO repair department and if more problems, turn to my Allstate &75.00
3- year extended warranty, for repairs.
When I returned it TJ, Richard and Dominick helped explain how the chain saw should be started step by step and when returning it, to make certain bring it to Home Depot 's Tool shops, and have the gas removed before trying to return it to the Customer Service Counter in the store after the 30 day return policy lapses.
I will make sure to read, and ask carefully the RULES for return of ALL products to Home Depot in the future. Keeping my receipts has been a blessing for me. It shows how I document EVERYTHING I PURCHASE AND BUY FROM HOME DEPOT, to make sure I can get everything that is with in my right, if I ever have a problem!

This place has become such a dump. Went there twice today was going to order a disposal with installation. I asked how much for installation the guy said 299 without looking it up. Went to lowes over 100 cheaper. Went back to home depot to get doorbell camera. Sign says to scan qr code and take to register. Went to register and they sent me to another lady who was acting rude because she had to help me. She couldn't find any of the 8 they had in stock. She asked Michael to look up top, he walked away to go look or so I thought. I waited 10 minutes and then i saw Michael with another person. I left. Sticking with Lowes since they engage customers to see if assistance is needed.

I waited more than an hour so they could bring me an insulation paddle when there was someone who could do it, a forklilft who was standing for more than 20 minutes was just talking in the front part..

I need help and share that I already had visit the isle of the item I was looking for…. I just could not find it. However Ms.Jessica was very helpful and even look up the exact isle and bin location. She is Manager material a true leader. Thank you for the awesome customer service.

I normally shop at Lowe's, because it’s closer to my house. I notice that I get more assistance at Home Depot and the plumbing isle seems to be more organized.
