I thoroughly enjoyed the hair salon service provided by stylist Janette. She was patient, professional, understanding and knowledgeable in providing personal hair service as requested. This was my first visit I'm looking forward to returning.

Ms.Janice in the photography department was a delight to work with. She was very kind and courteous. Very patient and made every customer the center of her attention even though she was working by herself and still waiting on back up to arrive. I will certainly be visiting this location again. Great customer service.

The customer service in the jewelry department is always POOR. I waited over 30 minutes to get my batteries changed on my watches. 3 employees on at 1 pm and I was told only Vince was the only one who can help. The other employees could have jumped in assited the lady he was helping with getting her ring sized. What a waste of time. I am so disgusted by their service.

your manager “steven” just did the worst thing imaginable to a young black man.
I only came inside the store for one item specifically and while they were all chatting and talking to each other at the counter instead of acknowledging me, he saw me. did not speak, but then proceeded to follow me around the store just to try and take my item away from me physically as if I was not going to pay for it. I was inside the store less than 10 minutes. I’ve never in my life had to deal with someone racially profiling me like this.
