“Extremely convenient!! It’s in route to my barber suite aaannnd they’re open super early for the early beauty professionals!!! No other beauty supply store to my knowledge opens up early enough!! They have prices for cash posting customers as well as discounts with your license, Thanks for all you all do!!”
“I had an amazing experience with the Zales in McDonough! I placed an online order for pickup, but my GPS showed I wouldn’t arrive until 7:06 p.m., and they closed at 7:00. I called the store, explained that I needed the item for an upcoming trip, and asked if someone else could pick it up for me. When I was told I had to pick it up myself, the gentleman on the phone kindly offered to wait a few extra minutes so I could make it. That level of customer service meant so much to me. If you’re looking for a Zales location with employees who truly care about their customers, I highly recommend the McDonough store!”
“My personal jeweler! I’ve made several purchases here and have also had jewelry repaired. The quality, craftsmanship, and customer service have always been outstanding. I highly recommend them!”
“I LOVE this store. I have visited once to get my watch battery fixed. The service was affordable and fast. The staff were so welcoming. I've returned on July 8th, 2026 to purchase a gun from their gun collection. The staff greeted me with a smile, and they were so friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I highly recommend this store, and I can't wait to go back soon!”

“Christina was a tremendous help with us in getting a new band for my wife’s ring. This is the 3rd or 4th time going to this specific location and have had positive experiences every single time.”
