So the wife and I were heading home to Tampa, just north of Atlanta when codes started flashing. No AC, windows, radio…port much no controls working. We pull over and shut truck off. Started truck and couldn’t shift to drive (no key detected)…what the heck!!! Shut off again, started a again. This time we were able to shift to drive. 2 hours later pulled into Legacy Ford McDonough Hot and frustrated. Scott started by testing battery. Test came back that battery was bad. They put in new battery with fixed nothing. They went to work diagnosing. Turned out left rear light was full of water (blis-blind side) they took light assembly apart, cleaned, dried and put back together. Then reprogrammed BCM and everything was back to to normal. Can’t thank Scott and crew for getting us back on the road. They were truly exceptional!!! Many thanks from Patrick (me), Cristi(my wife) and Lola(our 9yr old four legged child). The way they treated us just doesn’t happen much in the world we live in today…so Thanks much!

I bought my 2011 Taurus SHO from Legacy Ford in 2011. I trusted them to change my oil and other maintenance that they suggested. I have 135,000 miles on my car and it’s still well kept. Out of 12 yrs driving my car, they neglected to tell me to get my transmission fluid changed. I now need a new transmission. I’ve spent extra $’s on other things that they said was the problem that wasn’t so and I was deceived. The only other resolution they had was to Buy a New car. That’s NOT TRUSTWORTHY AND GREEDY. I took it to an Honest transmission Specialist and he told me what the problem is. He couldn’t believe Legacy Food Never recommended me to change my Transmission fluid. I’ve got history with Legacy Ford + I called to verify when did they ever change it and they said never. The Trans Specialist repaired my Torque Converter as best as he could. He’s said it was in terrible condition. He is so Honest that he went the least expensive route 1st. He also informed me on the next inexpensive route to take. So ppl make sure you get your transmission fluid changed, which is recommended every 100,000 miles. Thanks to Legacy Ford that My Beautiful car now needs a new Transmission. At least I’m Not paying the 9,000k to Legacy Ford bc I am working with an Honest Transmission Specialist. They Deserve a ZERO ⭐️ RATING instead of a 1. Do your homework ppl and avoid Greedy Dealerships.

Took my truck to the service department for an estimate to fix my sunroof. Was quoted over $4k. They said my motors were bad and the track frame had to be replaced. Took my truck to convertible shop and they fixed the sunroof for $650.Motors weren't bad and didn't have to replace the frame. They couldn't believe the quote from Legacy when I showed it to them. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great experience at Legacy Ford. We had looked at 2 other dealerships for a new Bronco. They would not give us a good trade in value for our car, Legacy did. Enjoyed working with them and will do it again.

I had been looking for a late model, used, but well kept specific Ford Mustang for a few months (Velocity Blue GT California Special). One finally appeared on AutoTempest as a listing at Legacy Ford in McDonough, GA. We contacted Legacy, and Mike responded promptly saying the vehicle was still available, although they had plenty of inquiries. The main issue was that we were located in Orlando, FL and Legacy is about 6 hours north of us. A quick trip to take it for a test drive was not possible. Mike and Torry assured us the car was in excellent condition. We laid down a deposit to hold the vehicle and had the paperwork drawn up. All was promptly and professionally handled. We drove up to find the car clean, well running and everything as we expected. With that said, we closed the deal and happily drove away and back to Orlando with our new Mustang.I can’t say enough of how much of a pleasure it was to work with the entire staff at Legacy, but especially Mike and Torry. There could have certainly been an opportunity to play with the “sales price” as there were a couple of days in between our deposit and when we first inquired on the vehicle (as another dealer had done to us here in Orlando on a similar Mustang). But no such thing occurred. What was listed as the sales price (and a fair price at that) was what we paid. Nothing more. Nothing less. Would we purchase a new or used vehicle from Legacy Ford again? In a heartbeat. In my experience you will not go wrong working with this dealership.

This is my ford bronco. I just purchased this vehicle less than 3 months ago. This was my very first service for oil change and tire rotation. Will I visit this dealership again absolutely not because I feel as though the tech who service the vehicle did a terrible job. My vehicle was leaking oil on my garage floor. Called the next day rep had me to come in immediately which was on a Saturday, it was an inconvenience for me. Was told the problem was fixed but still imagine if I never saw the oil leak.

I called the service department to get information about installing a gas tank on my 1999 Ford Expedition that I purchased brand new in 1999 from Beaudry Ford, which is no longer in business. I had to purchase a new gas tank which no Ford dealership carry no more. I told them I have the part and I need it installed, they said they can't install it because it wouldn't be warranty and I told them I understand but they no longer carry the part in Ford's inventory. They said they understood and would call me back which no one had the did. I will never ever purchase a Ford product again. By the way my vehicle only has 50,000 original miles on it.

Malcolm was by far the best salesman I encountered! I went on Monday and it was his first day on the job and after speaking with him for a few minutes, I could tell he was genuine. He walk me through the process and answer every question. I returned the following day and drove out with a 2023 expedition. I highly recommend Malcolm if you are looking to purchase a new vehicle or trade for great results. Thanks Malcolm and legacy fanily!!

I take my husband's truck F150 2020 to Legacy Ford for a routine oil change while I'm there the lady said to me it's time for the 60k mile srvc she tell me the cost is 600usd do I approve the srv husband said Yes. My son and I wait for hrs when the lady approached me and said we have a problem the truck won't run there's a problem with the dash everything went blank. She told me the car was not safe to drive and if I can get someone to pick me up at the dealership this happened the day before 4of July and bcs of that they won't be able to fix after the holiday meaning the truck will have to stay there. A few days later my husband received a couple of phon call and they tell him this problem is not there fault and it will be our responsibility to pay for the repair. 2 more day later (one week after the incident happened) husband called and they said this is not our fault but the cost of repair is 550usd they will deduct 275 that is labor and we had to paid 275usd. Another week later husband called they said they won't charge the 275 usd. After truck has been there 2 weeks husband received call truck is ready to pickup. Don't take your car for a routine srvc cause they have technicians that obviously they don't know what they're doing. The manager told my husband the problem was when they replaced the cabin filter on the 600usd srvc a wire was disconnected under the dash with cause the problem, very disappointed on them.

Worst Ford service center I've ever been to. Brought my car here because it was leaking fluids, had a bad AC and a bad radio. They told me there was nothing they could do because it was a 2004 model and "impossible" to find parts for. Couldn't even diagnose the leak. They told me they subcontract with some other company to come by the service center once a week and do the leak test, and apparently that company refuses to work on convertibles. Dumbest thing I ever heard in my life -- the undercarriage of the car is the same whether it's a convertible or not. So all in all, they did nothing. Didn't stop them from charging a $350 fee to "diagnose" the problem though. Scam dealership, AVOID.

I wish I read these reviews before taking my vehicle to get a simple signal light changed. This was my worst Ford Dealership experience ever, and I only went in for a light bulb change. The service department is unprofessional, deceptive & greedy. The service department broke my rear light casing on my 2007 on Lincoln Navigator while changing my rear signal lights on 6/21/2023, then they had the audacity to put clear tape on it to hold it in place. The female Service agent says it was rusted the reason for it breaking and proceeds to provide me with a price of $300 per light if I want to get it repaired. Totally unacceptable, I brought my vehicle in without any damages to the area of service and had to depart with tape on my vehicle. When I asked for the GM she said he is out of the country, I asked who was in charge and empowered to make decisions to assist the CUSTOMER, she said Justin, but he is out until Tuesday. I will be calling Justin on Tuesday to see how they're going to rectify this situation because the damages to my vehicle falls in them. They should have never proceeded with service if they couldn't remove the light casing to change the bulb, they made this decision on their own to do so.

I had been watching a vehicle listed for several months at this dealership. The bargaining to purchase this vehicle was straightforward and was accepted. The issues were that the discounts listed on their website were unknown to the sales staff. That was corrected, and then I wasn't allowed to leave a down payment to hold the vehicle. The sale was finalized five (5) days later. I would have walked away from this dealership the first day if it was not for the car I wanted, they had. If you shop here, beware of their salesmanship and have all your research with you, as I did.
