People are nice and everything, but when I went to pick up my load, it was supposed to be a -10 load and they had the trailer off and it was a drop hook so I have no idea how long that cargo was in that trailer in the summer heat and it not being gone in the doors openI would be very careful about taking cargo from these people

First of all the gate guard was very friendly. He had a trucker headset on, so possibly a former driver. I came to drop my load and pick up an empty. The facility is very organized. The lot is designed to flow in one direction to the left. Wouldn't mind coming here again

Nothing new. Cold storage food warehouse. Always behind. Lady at the guard house was wonderful. Very professional and friendly. Got here early to be told they were running way behind. Shipping clerks were pleasant enough but seem confused a lot. Kept trying to send me to North Carolina for a Georgia pick up. Driver room has vending. Bathrooms are apparently unattended. One had water half an inch to an inch deep in the floor running out into the break room area and no soap in dispenser. Literal water stains on the wall and moldy tile. Don't slip and fall. Just be aware. Tried to put me in an occupied dock door. Had to go in and clear that with clerk to find out two drivers were lined up with the same door. That driver was here three hours before us. Told you they are confused. A lot. Anyway, the bathroom that was trashed was signed out of order. Today they had six suits walking around the yard in safety vests. Too bad they didn't tour that bathroom. Anyway... Be sure to bring your next meal and be prepared to sit. Again. Nothing new.

0 star , very, very lazy, office a very rude, receiving a very slow, only gard check is nice, rest of the company is trash, they let me to park on property at 3pm for 7pm ,on door at 10 pm , out 11:45

Extremely slow checking in at the gate and at the office. Still waiting for the OK to open the doors and back up to the dock after 1/2 hour. From other reviews, I expect to be waiting another hour before unloading gets underway.

Guards were great. Showed up at 1430 for a 1630 delivery. Got a door right away. Check in was a little rude but was tolerable. Got unloaded rather quickly for a Lineage. Was out of the dock by 1530
