If I could give 0 stars, I would. Lowes Protection Warranty is a scam. DO NOT PURCHASE IT.. My refrigerator broke down on 11/18/23. It's 11/30, and no one has come to repair it. My claim was filed and APPROVED. NO ONE has returned any calls or responded to any emails. I'm going on 2 weeks with no working refrigerator. My food has spoiled, and there's no resolution for fixing my fridge. I am disgusted by the gross mishandling of this situation.

My company has spent up to $309,000 at this location Lowes store 1153 McDonough Georgia over two years.Never again this dummy Travis your pro desk manager doesn't have a background in building materials or general contract work like Your previous pro manager or Bobby that use to work there. All this fool can do it talk about Lowe's credit cards in lowe's rewards. I asked how much mortor and sand they had I was look to make My own cement this dummy tells me YOU DAMN PRO MANGER MR SALES GUY that you can't make it with that? WTH?You know what the problem is all the associates you have working. The floor should be the ones working behind that desk and the ones working desk should be out a job because no one behind that desk can tell you Jack. They are nothing but a bunch of glorified cashiers.You don't believe me show anyone behind that desk a simpson tie and they couldn't tell you what it does.

If I could put no star I would. Today is my 33 year anniversary my husband wanted to bless me with a new washer and dryer. We were there for at least 45 minutes no help. I went and pushed the button a lady came over and said what do you need. No hi how are you then I let her know what I was looking for a dryer that has the steam for wrinkles she said they dont have any. She walked around talking I have no clue what she was saying. I asked about a certain washer and dryer she scanned and said nope. I felt like I was a bother to her , my husband came over and I said let's go to home depot. My experience at home depot was amazing. I did not have to find anyone. They answered all questions. And yes we purchased from Home depot.

On 8/14/23 I purchased a vanity that was on sale. I was not told it was not in stock. I received a call on September 2nd stating the vanity was no longer available. I went in the store on 9/9/23 and purchased a different vanity. Since the measurements had already been completed I was told someone from installation would be calling me. I never heard from anyone. I received a call stating the vanity would be in on 10/03/23 or 10/04/23. Strange because again no one said it had to be ordered.I called on 10/4/23 and was told by the store manager Tim that it was not in and he would call me on the 5th. To this day Tim has never called. I called back on 10/8/23 and was told by customer service that the vanity came in on the 1st of October...8 days ago. I was to get a call from installation. To date I have not received a call and today is 10/17/23. I have made multiple calls and keep getting the run around. I spoke to Katie in installation and she was of no help. Manager Tori left me a voice-mail. She was no help. I went into the store and spoke with manager Jorge who assured me he would call installation Monday, 10/16 and call me at 11a.m. He never called. I called the store and a lady in customer service gave me the number to an installer named John. I called and left a message as Monday is his day off. I will see if he returns my call. Meanwhile I'm wondering why Lowe's does not care about their customers. Why NO ONE knows how to return a call? Why can I not get the vanity installed that I paid for over a month ago? Why is management not doing anything? I called corporate and they did NOTHING! The manager in the store said to be honest corporate is not going to do anything. I was shocked to say the least. So my fight continues to get someone to call me to get the vanity installed. My recommendation is to run fast from Lowe's. They don't give a hoot about their customers. I'm done. This has been a horrifying experience that I wish on no one. I shall shop Home Depot from now on. Lowe's gets a ZERO rating.UPDATE: 10/24/23-My installation was scheduled for today. It did not happen. The installer they assigned was a cabinet installer not a plumber. He notified them at 9 a.m., however I did not find out until after 12 pm when I called to find out why he had not showed up. I ended up going to Lowe's and I cancelled the sale and got a refund. I will not do business with a company where supervisors and managers do not care about their customers. When will they realize that the customer pays their salary? It's sad when a supervisor tells you the installer manager doesn't do his job. Corporate is as worthless as their employees. Whoever owns Lowe's needs to get their employees in check because they suck!! Goodbye and good riddance to Lowe's!!!

Went in to return a few extra materials left over from a project I started this Summer. The project took longer than expected because it ran into Fall baseball season which eats up a lot of weekends. The materials were around $35 which don't mean much, but I was coming in to order a new refrigerator as our family has outgrown the one we have and I was going to use it towards that. When I brought the materials to customer service with the receipt, the girl instantly said, yeah its not going to return these because it's been longer than 90 days. Understanding that return policies typically have a day limit on it, I asked would it be possible to just get store credit because I could use it towards the refrigerator purchase. She said no, they've cracked down on that as well. I asked to speak with a manager, figuring they would understand the situation and would love to have me apply that to a $1800 purchase, but the girl comes back and said, yeah he said he isn't doing store credit there is nothing we can do. Frustrated, I reached out to corporate which took 45 minutes to get someone on the phone, but in that time frame, I was able to get the sweet lady at self checkout to call for a manager. After waiting about 5 minutes or so for the manager, Jorge finally came up front. When I explained the situation, he instantly said there's nothing we can do. I asked about store credit because I needed to make another purchase and he said no. I said so you're going to let me go to Home Depot because you don't want to issue store credit for $35 worth of material. He said Home Depot has the same policy. (Side note, if it's after 90 days at HD, they will process it as a non-receipted return and you'll have to give ID and they run it through TRE and issue store credit)After reading others comments about management at this location not caring about PRO or DIY customers, not following up on issues or being accountable for the stores mistakes, or just being carefree in how they take care of customers, it is no surprise that the situation was handled the way it was. I left there, took my son to baseball training, then went to Home Depot and purchased an RF32CG5400SR Samsung Refrigerator that will be delivered Tuesday. The customer service was outstanding and they said they get customers all the time that have issues with Lowes. They confirmed their return policy is 90 days but will issue store credit if it is after that unless you are a credit card holder which extends it to 1 year and told me that they always go above and beyond to make sure their customers come back. They also did a great job with the recommended items and got me everything I needed included replacement filters and new water supply line. Grateful for their service because I didn't get that from Lowe's.

Always a huge issue at this location! I'm a generally manager for a near by business who spends a ton of money with lowes. Every time I go to grab tools, so many are mispriced, and they never do anything about it. They don't honor the price on the shelves, never even offer a discount. Requesting a manager is like pulling teeth! Absolutely absurd at this location! I'm about to start going back to home depot over all the issues. I'm up here at this moment, and have been waiting on THE STORE MANAGER TIM, and have been for 30 stinking minutes. None of the other managers care at all about a client that spends hundreds of thousands a year with them. Even the store manager who once told me to have them page him directly if these problems continue never comes to customer service. This is the 4th day this week already there has been an issue here at this store. As a consumer or business I would absolutely do business elsewhere if you are able to. They absolutely show no concern, nor make any attempts to contact customers with serious and ongoing issues! Extremely disappointing!

Good luck getting an associate on the phone!I called and did the automated transfer to garden and seasonal. I heard back ground noise 3 times when they picked up temporarily then placed me back on hold, never saying a word. On the fourth time I heard background noise and then they just hung the phone up. So I call and ask for customer service, thinking I would get maybe a better experience. WRONG same thing happened placed on hold a few times with nobody ever speaking hearing background noise and then BOOM 3rd time just hung up on. Pathetic is what it is. I

The new system they have now makes it impossible to shop there anymore. I've used my job's company checks there for 11 years & have never had a problem making purchases until yesterday. It was super embarrassing not being able to pay with the company check this time because of some idiotic company y'all decided to go with. Home Depot will be getting all of our company business from now on.Update: They now have it worked out where the system will now take our company check.

Calling auto system picks up . Let's try getting a rep to help you she answers, tell me, hold on 25 minutes, and I'm still waiting. Call back a few times, and they will pick up, put you on hold, pick up again, then hang up. All I need to find out is where the fencing I PAID FOR. I feel like I am in a horror movie waiting to find out if someone on the line can actually have a quick conversation with me for something I PAID FOR. Do I really have to leave NYC travel to GA just to know if the fence will be delivered before 2025. And if the fence is taking this long, when will it be installed ? This an update So the materal did arrive. Gretchen from installation did call me to verify that the materials were there and a day or 2, later Josh I believe his name is called and said he was coming out, and he sure did come out and the fence looks great.on time and it looks great

Definitely a better experience then the stockbridge location! So much more helpful! I took off 1 star because your return policy of 48 hours on refrigerator's is dumb to me. Like give us 7 days to test it out. I'm getting my new refrigerator in 2 days. Hopefully it'll be a good fit for my kitchen. Shout out the the helpful hands in the Appliance Department David and Dylan gave us the best advice they could!

This was a terrible experience, if I could give a zero rating I would. We purchased carpet and padding with free installation from Lowes July 21st. Keller Interiors was to contact us for installation, which they did. Everything was scheduled and confirmed. Our appointment time was scheduled 2 weeks out, both my sister and I took off work. My sister and I went to our Mothers house and moved all of her furniture from 3 bedrooms into the kitchen and living room area. So all of the bedrooms were empty. I received a call about 2pm the day of installation from a young man who was to install our carpet. It began raining and he was calling to inform me that he was in our driveway but could not do anything until it quit raining (we were not informed that if it was raining they could not install), luckily it finally quit raining. He came in with a young lady, he said he would start removing the carpet and padding. Immediately he said he could not remove it and he was not taking it with him in his truck. This is my Mother's home, she is 85 and her carpet is old and smelly, which is why we are replacing it. While he was making several phone calls to get out of doing this, my sister and I decided we would pull up the carpet and padding ourselves. After he realized we were doing all the prep work, he notified us that he would run up to Lowes for some tack stripes and return to install the carpet. We called the office of Keller Int. to discuss the situation and the lady we spoke to took our information and said she would call us back. No one returned our call. We attempted to call Lowes as well which proved to be a watste of time as well. The installation guy and his coworker never came back and we never heard from anyone. We attempted to contact Keller Int. again and there was no answer. We were left in limbo. We had already spent half a day moving furniture from 3 bedrooms into the living room and kitchen. We now have our 85 year old Mother trying to walk through and around furniture. My sister and I completely removed carpet, padding and prepared the floors in all 3 bedrooms. Once we realized our installation guy was not returning, we had to move our Mothers bed and other basic furniture back into her bedroom so she would have a bed to sleep on, not knowing when our carpet would be installed. This is beyond unacceptable. No one ever contacted us from Keller Int. or Lowes. My sister and I have made several phone calls to Lowes trying to get this rescheduled (we finally called Keller directly) and a credit for the 5 hours of prep work that we did. We finally able to had the carpet installed Aug 15th (our new installer was wonderful and was the only professional one in this matter). However no one has yet to return our calls regarding our credit and we have been shuffled around numerous times. This has been a very long exhausting process for us and I will never use Lowes for any installation project again.
