I just paid $10 for the ultimate car wash thru the automated car wash at the very end, and I just wasted my money. It didn't wash my car, there were several sprayers not working, it doesn't wash your tires or provide you with all the services that it says for the package on the wash. I drove around to get a refund, but the machine doesn't give you a receipt if you pay by card. I don't know if you get one with cash. I also looked for a number to call and there wasn't anything listed. I plan to contact my bank because I can use the $10 at a different car wash and actually get my car wash not just have water sprayed on it. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE AUTO CAR WASH!!!!

I've lived down the street from this car wash for 17 years now, so I've been here many times. The past few years it has really gone downhill. I only go sometimes because it's so convenient and I tell myself "It'll be better this time" but it never is. The place really needs a facelift. The bays are always filthy, and the brush is terrible. One time no soap came out of the brush. The next time I spent $20, and it wasn't worth it I definitely couldn't tell I just spent $20 to wash my car! I could see dirt lines on my car from where the brush bristles are so bad and wore out. This past time I put three dollars in quarters & slid my debit card once. That didn't give me enough time to wash my whole car so I tried to slide my card again and the machine wouldn't work so I was only able to wash the BACK SIDE of my car! AND it charged my card TEN DOLLARS! I will not be back here, and I will make sure all of my neighbors know not to go either!

Used my debit card for quick express $5 yesterday to rid the pollen. My account was deducted $10. No working phone number to contact owner. Cash only from now on. How many others get overcharged!
