“Our family was faced with an immediate unexpected decline in health of a very dear family member. Our first need was a mobile scooter to assist with making movement easier for a public event we had plans to attend. I did a quick search and Mobility Warehouse was the first business we saw that appeared to be reputable online. I called to check on availability and was greeted and spoken to me very friendly on the phone. That first scooter rental was made easy because I quickly learned that the staff there was friendly and really cared about finding the right product to use for my family member versus greedy sales tactics. I was very impressed by the focus on my family's need and not trying to oversell me on items I may not need right away.

Shortly after this first experience, we had another need as my family member continued to experience quick decline. We needed to purchase (2) lift chairs. These are not inexpensive chairs, so we were shopping around for the best price when I suggested to my family member, we get back in touch with Mobility Warehouse again to see if they carry the product. Thankfully they did and they were significantly less expensive at Mobility Warehouse!!

What I appreciate the most about MW is (1) they sell great products at reasonable prices. For our family, these purchases were not planned and were needed very quickly. Just because you have an immediate need, the product doesn't have to be overpriced and we ran across the same products that had inflated pricing. (2) Friendly Service - Not once did I feel like my situation was not important to them. Patience and kindness goes a long way especially when you are embarking into new territory. Their product knowledge and helpful explanations were game changing to me as we tried to make informed decisions quickly. (3) Flexibility and delivery - On our last visit we purchased two lift chairs that were going to two different locations. Once again, MW helped make this a smooth experience and provided the setup we needed in two different homes/two different cities 130 miles apart where our loved one would spend a lot of time. These chairs have been a game changer in quality of life and mobility for our loved one and I'm glad we chose MW for our equipment needs.

There's no need to go searching for a reputable company anymore for my family and friends, I know just where to go and to refer as it was a phenomenal decision.
