“I came from out of town to see my Granddaughter go to the prom. I flew in a few days ahead of time just in case she needed anything. And she did need a lot of things. I came to your store looking for shoes, makeup, jewelry etc. and 2 of your employees turned into our guardian angels. Claudia must have seen how frazzled I was. I told her my granddaughter needed makeup and shoes. We found the perfect shoes but your store didn't have her size. I tried looking on my phone to see if another macys had these shoes an I was not successful. Claudia got Dreez to help me while she attended to my granddaughters make up. Claudia knew exactly what my granddaughter needed and it couldn't have been more perfect. First Dreez looked in the shoe department storage area but was not successful. Even though I told her I looked on my phone and no store had them Dreeze didn't give up. She called another Macy's and it took some time for the other store to answer and look and they did have them. Dreez had them hold the shoes for me. Claudia and Dreez Thank you so so much. You both went above and beyond and I am so thankful. My Granddaughter looked absolutely gorgeous thanks to you both.
