A relatively new establishment and nearby (walking 15-20min) are restaurants, hotels, gas stations, etc. The waiting lounge is pretty clean; a full shower room/toilet/sink, a restroom, a laundry room. Pets or a pet is allowed though.

This place is fantastic. They took great care of my truck and got her purring like a kitten. The staff were all great, informative, and very friendly. There is a drivers lounge with comfy recliners, a big TV, laundry room, two restrooms, and a shower. Lots of food delivery options available.

Been here since Friday the 20th. Had issue with derate and code’s. Checked in in the afternoon and truck was diagnosed early Saturday morning was told Sunday would have to wait for Master Tech on Monday. Was told Monday that it was a sensor. They replaced that and now it’s wiring harnesses for SCR. Parts get ordered and here and truck still isn’t in to replace them. Bree has been great on keeping me updated on status of repairs. Jon A on the other hand needs to get better with customer service and to change his attitude and how he talks to customers.Got a load that has to get delivered and they act like they don’t care.

Took my 2016 Kenworth T680 in for a Adapted cruise control fault, Transmission fault and ABS/ Hill lights on. I was told I needed a new front radar agree to have it replace. After the repair and $7624.48 later I was back on the road four days later the same issues came on again. These issues won't allow cruise control to work. I call up again and was told to bring the truck back. Brought the truck back got a call two days later it was done. Went to pick it up and the guy behind the counter told me that the issue will most likely happen again I look right at him and ask so what I'm understanding yall just clear the codes off. That cost me another $652.88. On the second day of driving all the issues as before came back up knocking my cruise control off. I haven't went back because I don't want to waste any more of my time or money. I couldn't believe a Kenworth dealership can't fix a Kenworth truck.

Overprice chop shop is what this is took my truck in for outlet nox sensor after diagnostic it was confirm a outlet nox sensor no other code was present at the time and it’s $1500 job here my warranty paid 981 I paid the remaining all that’s cleared up they finish my truck the same night came back that morning I’m told my truck wouldn’t move it’s has a transmission fault all of a sudden nobody knows why all this experience in the building nobody knows why so they ask can we get 2 hour to labor to find out why after spending a hour already. My truck got there Tuesday around 11-12 it’s Thursday and now it’s not my transmission it’s sumthing else in the after treatment so I’m like cool truck moving fine is what I’m told they come back Friday it’s my transmission Eca nobody call told me nothing they all went home I found out by calling speaking to a night rep that could only tell me wait til Monday we could have ordered the part anything and BUY THE WAY ALL SERVICE IS PAID UP FRONT WITH A DEPOSIT OF THERE CHOICE UP TO 90% is what I was told but hey I’m a black man with tats and gold teeth so u figure it out (lol) so get a estimate for 3800 minus the warranty leaves me paying around 2800 my deposit was 2500 so it leaves me with a balance around 300 nah they went up a extra 90 bucks I’ve Neva had a this to happen and all my work has been at a dealer. And don’t think I didn’t point all this out to the manager he actually tried to say mybareant help when that’s not his business when u are over charging me . A eca only taking 2 hours to do ive actually wait for a truck to get this done they charged me 6 hours. So after a week and one day I get my truck back after being in and out that sane shop 3 times on the lack of experience time and pricing I’d stay away from here by all means if they screw up it’s gonna cost you . Shop supplies is not actual shop supplies it’s just a percent of the bill and a reason to up the price so it’s really no reason a estimate should go up 90-150 bucks especially on a simple job like this

This dealership is very friendly, helpful and they get the job done.Most of my work here was in body shop some in mechanics shop. I mostly dealt with Brandon in body shop and he took care of my truck.???????

If you want to spend a lot of money on labor n time this is the perfect place. 252hr for labor. N they couldn't do it right. The 2 girls in the service desk are the best n they try to help you out as much as they can. N other hand john don't want to help you at all n don't communicate with you at all. If it wasn't for the girls we won't not have any updates about our trucks the star is for the girls. Won't come here again.

I’ve tried here multiple times over 5 months to get parts but consistently they try to overcharge. Not just a little but by a lot. The reps seem to just make numbers up off the top of their heads if you don’t have account. Once tried to charge over TWICE what the oem part should’ve cost. It’s ridiculous. I just call a more “ethical” Kenworth dealership out of state and… BAM- parts on my doorstep in 2 days!! Same MHC brand, just completely different culture that allows me to get the same parts at market (not scalpers) price. Can’t speak for sales or service and I don’t imagine I’ll ever be able to.

Isaac Shaw in the Parts Department is one of the best parts representatives I've worked with in a while. He is very helpful. He goes over and beyond to help you find the needed parts especially on Saturdays when your truck is due back out Sunday night/ Monday morning.

I love this place! My husband and I had been having issues with our truck, that no one could seem to find. We went here and they found the issue and fixed it. The employees are very professional and very courteous. You have a question, they answer it. Bree ( in service ) is so nice and she made us feel at home. She is such a sweetheart and very professional!! We appreciate the service we experienced and will definitely go back again! I am a Driver for Stevens and recently another driver hit my truck.I towed the unit to MHC body shop and Damian was very helpful explaining to me the process of the estimate. He went above and beyond and even walk me to the Driver launch for me to wait comfortable unit my company put me in another unit.

I am a Steven’s driver. All my breakdown repairs are done at the south Atlanta branch. I love the sweet customer service I receive from Bree, Elian, and Patrick. I called this morning to get a status update and the service who answered was rude and mean to me. I did not appreciate being talked down too. Her name was Tania. Maybe she was having a bad day. But I will always come back because of Bree and Patrick. These 2 go above and beyond to keep me informed and up to date. Thank you South Atlanta.
