May I recommend possibly visiting and looking a few process changes or offers. To start with, we had builder issues soon after he got his hands on the Start up money and the first the next 3 draws. The only thing he started was his truck and took off spending the start-up money on other things that were not related to our build. To help protect the borrower, there should be goals set for even the start-up money to at least account for 75% of its use. You all should give homeowners the opportunity to be their own GC for their home. Maybe require that a second party like a certified inspector or a project manager is required to inspect and sign off on all of the work performed prior to draw release. Lastly. The 7 draw schedule should be increased to 9 or 10 to help the GC and homeowner keep the project on schedule with paying for materials and labor. Not everyone have the finical resources to get through to the next draw. Thank yoy Ameris Bank for approving our C2P loan and helping us get to close.

I don't like when they get busy in an automated service sucks but talking to the real people they're really nice understanding and suggest some products if you're trying to improve your credit especially if you want a credit card that gives you rewards back I had a representative I had it represented to to suggest changing my car to another card that would give me rewards and so forth it is working I've had $20 to put towards my credit card for what I've been spending so give them a try.”
