Great floral suite! Was able to select my price range and theme for a made to order arrangement and vase. Short wait time. My new go to. Wide selection of unique gift items moderately priced. Great customer service. A happy place to shop. Plentiful parking adjacent to store.

Moyes used to be a good alternative to the big box and impersonal pharmacies. I'm not sure where they hire employees from, but the customer service in the Pharamacy Department is lacking. I've spent almost 2 weeks going in circles about scripts. The techs don't seem to know their own policy about transferring scripts to other Moyes. This location used to be one of the best pharmacies in town, but I guess I'll go back to CVS.

Rude customer service. Asked a question about my prescription and got laughed and scoffed at. I'm not sure about any other services. This was based off of my first interaction with this pharmacy

This pharmacy is one of the best I’ve ever been to. The pharmacist and technicians are the absolute best!!!! They’re the sweetest people you’ll ever meet and they always go out of their way to be helpful! Highly recommend this pharmacy :)

I was forced to go to them due to some prescription issues at other pharmacies, but Im glad I did. I was so overwhelmed with having to get medication filled for my son and honestly, I was just stressed out about it. Every time I speak to Aaron, she is always patient, informative, and helpful. I feel comfortable when I ask her questions and she always makes sure I understands before we disconnect. Honestly, everyone I have come in contact with so far has been very polite. I appreciate the ladies there so much. I just want to say thank you from a mom who was at her wits end! You all made this transition much easier for me. Blessings to you all ;)

I wasn’t even able to become a customer. I had a compounding rx sent to them on a Friday. I was going to go by the pharmacy on Saturday to make sure they had it but I didn’t make it. So I called Monday only to hear that they got the rx but they don’t fill the rx of customers that they’ve never filled for before w/o the customer first calling. Then I was told that the rx had to be sent to Stockbridge to be filled. Which I didn’t see on the website that Stockbridge was the only location that compounds. This is very unprofessional. If my rx was needed urgently it would’ve never been filled had I not called. This should be stated somewhere on the website or something. New customers don’t know to call first. Among that the attitude of whoever answered the phone was nonchalant like I should’ve known to call and it’s never a problem. That being said I’m going somewhere else.

I had to politely ask the woman about to administer my Covid booster shot to please put on a mask…. right after overhearing her speak about the influx of people coming in for testing. We’re also in the midst of a new variant and it is days before a holiday.. people probably have plans to try and see their family. The pharmacy is fine, but as a healthcare worker I would have expected more consideration for those you are in direct contact with before having to be asked.

Staff is friendly and professional. Could improve on length of time to process a prescription. Overall, a good place to do business.

I live part time here and in Tenn which is my permanent residence. My children and grands live here and I like to be close. I have been using the big stores Walgreen, CVS but wanted to shop local here. I'm 66 so I get more than a few medications. I began my business relationship with the Moyes in Stockbridge and I have been very happy. Kind courteous responsive to my needs. I recently started to rent in McDonough, closer to my son and grandchildren. Its literally a block away from from your McDonough store but I continued to use the Stockbridge store because they are as I said above. But it's a twenty minute drive one way so I decided to give the McDonough store a try. When I went to my yearly physical and got my many prescriptions, they sent them to the Stockbridge store. I planned on having them transferred to the McD. store but two of the prescriptions were written for a controlled substances, specifically hydrocodone and alprazolam. I get and use these so infrequently that I get the 20 or 30 they give me once a year at my physical. When I handed them the prescriptions they reacted like I had asked for heroin. Ok thats cool I understand the problem folks are having with these so I waited the 20 or 30 minutes for them to call the doctor who I have been going to for over 2 years or whatever it was they did. After all that time they told me I would need to get pre-authorization from my insurance company for the pain pills or I could take what the government will allow and give me like 7 of them. They could fill the alprazolam. No problem. Get the pre-auth, go back the next day to pick them up at the window, hand them my licence because it is easier than trying to communicate my name. Now remember my main residence is in Tenn so my licence is from there. Federally approved by Homeland Security, good in all 50 states. I did not get the pharmacists name but when she gets to the window she tells she will let me get the prescriptions this time but don't come back until I get a Ga License. What?? I didn't tell her that I have been using Moyes in Stockbridge for the paste year because she was rude and curt with me, with a smile. As my main residence is in Tenn, I pay a fraction for my insurance.$33 a month compared to $195 a month. So it will be a cold day in.. well you know. So I pay and drive off knowing that I will not be transferring my prescriptions to this store and I forget about it. Two or three months later I see I have a refill, so I call up and order it. No problem. Now I have completely forgotten my experience the last time I was there (remember I am 66 and remembering why I walked into a room is a reality). I get there, give my license again and this same woman appears and tells me "I told you I would not fill your prescriptions here with out a Georgia DL. So I say ok but this is a refill you have already have filled it. Try to explain I already use Moyes in Stockbridge, try to show her mail with my local address on it and she doesn't want to hear it. Ok let me get the prescription I will go elsewhere. "No I can't give you the prescription because we have already filled it", me "Can you transfer it?", Yes where" To Walgreens a couple miles up the street. I have using them for years and I am in there system. So she happily SENT MY BUSINESS back to Walgreens who sent me a text the next morning saying it was ready, wow, how convenient. Picked it up Tennessee license and all. As I drove there I drove past Moyes, CVS, Publix pharmacy, then Walgreens. Another mile up is another CVS, 2 more miles and the new Publix store is almost finished with its pharmacy. When I drive to your Stockbridge store I drive by one of your closed and shuttered stores and I see there are others "closed permanantly". A competitive market for sure. I guess it is this stores policy to not accept federal identification from Homeland Security. So much for shopping locally. I will never go to the McDonough store for anything. And as I now rent and live in the city Walgreens it

Love the fact that they deliver three times a week.Wish they were open until 7 pm on Saturday or open on Sunday. The gift shop used to be more enchanting and had more sales! Now it's just like all the others. They don't sell fresh produce which was a big item during the summer for me to buy!! Also they stopped selling the old candy, drinks, etc. Less and less a reason to go inside. I really miss the more "private" Moyes Pharmacy if used to be. They do still try.
