They get me right every time! I've taken two phones and some ipads for repairs and purchased device accessories.
I recently took my sons phone in thinking his charger port needed to be replaced because that's what I was told by the phone carrier and another phone repair place and when I came in Mr Fix It they took a look and suggested cleaning the port first to see if that would fix the issue and IT DID. That saved me from spending unnecessary money!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. As soon as, I finished submitting my claim, I was called to setup a time to come in. From dropping my phone to screen repair completion it took about 3 hours. Service was FAST in my opinion. I've had no issues with my phone. Definitely will use them again.

Fast turnaround and excellent customer service! I originally took my son’s iPad to UbreakIfix and they told me the iPad could not be fixed because it was bent (something they wouldn’t have even noticed had I not volunteered the info). I called Mr. FixIt and they were super nice and told me to bring in the iPad so they can take a look. They inspected the iPad and said “Sure we can fix it, no problem.” And they did! After a couple of days, I was able to pick up my device good as new! And the price was more than reasonable. My son will be so happy. I’m greatly satisfied with their services and will recommend to everyone!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I cannot emphasize enough how much to avoid this business. Their services are overpriced and completely lack value. I recently had my phone screen replaced for $190. Within one week, the screen had splintered. The phone had been in a case, with a screen protector, and had not been dropped. Mr. Fix It so “generously” offered to give me $25 off a new repair. This lack of customer service and incompetent quality in their repairs leaves me amazed that they are still in business. Don’t waste your money - go elsewhere.
