Long story short, my wife and I were traveling home from our honeymoon when we had some misfortune with a fuel issue. Brandon (Service Advisor) and Tim (Master Technician) went above and beyond for us, and got us back on our way home. Initially, we called and spoke with Brandon, who assured us that they would get us in and diagnose the issue, after getting our car towed to the dealership. Tim immediately noticed what the issue was, and provided us with a resolution. He was eager to help and sacrificed his time to make sure we were taken care of. Can’t thank those two guys enough.

McDonough Nissan has come a long way; their sales department team is a sheer delight to deal with. Thurston Madison and the General Sales Manager Alex Deoliveira know the importance of meeting a customer's needs beyond measure. I can truly say that they have made my vehicle purchasing experience a complete pleasure at McDonough Nissan!

Not everyone wants to have to deal with a salesman right off the bat, and some potential buyers are handicapped and don't want to deal with a fenced off lot. Having the car lot completely enclosed to prevent browsing or wanting to check out cars you lists online is asinine. I wanted to look at 2 used cars that you had listed to decide which I preferred, CX-5 or a CX-30, and I did not want to deal with a salesperson yet. But I couldn't get in to see them. You lost a buyer. I will find the car I want where they welcome their buyers openly.

They work to get you in and out for oil change service. McDonough Nissan is more efficient and reliable than Nissan of Union City.

Unprofessional dealer. Marks up the cars after they tell you they will take care of the repairs for you BUT you end up paying for it. When i questioned this , the sales person was completely rude and out of line. Didn't even let me finish explaining myself before he walked away and told me he was going to have his manager deal with me. Manager never showed up so i left. Oh and did i forget to mention when i walked in i waited for someone to greet me for more than 20 mins ? Seems like they're doing too good to sell cars...

**DON'T DO IT! BUYER BEWARE! **This dealership's employees are unresponsive and very unprofessional. I worked out a deal to purchase a vehicle from McDonough Nissan because TrueCar recommended. The sales agent Jessica Sopson, was quick to respond (via text) to an inquiry regarding a particular vehicle that I liked, but stopped responding once I asked for an out of the door price. After a few hours and no response from Jessica, I tried calling the number that she texted me from, but of course the number does not receive calls. I called the dealership because Jessica did not respond to my requests to get the out of the door price. That information is important to me because I live 3.5 hours away from the dealership. I wanted to prevent a waste of my time and fuel. I called the dealership and spoke with a guy that did not give out of his name upon request. He followed up on the request for the OTD request and sent it to me via text. Upon agreeing on the OTD price, I was told that the deal was wrapped up and that they would hold the car for me as long as I schedule an appointment the next day. I have screen shots to prove this. The morning of the appointment, at 0902 I was informed by text message that the car was still available, and that they wanted to make sure that my appointment was still confirmed. I confirmed the appointment. Not even 30 minutes later, I get a text message that simply stated "the vehicle has just sold". Mind you, I'm well into 2 hours on this 3.5 hour trip, so of course I called and the salesman did the old "we only hold cars if you paid a deposit" and "we have other cars on the lot that you can look at". TYPICAL CAR SALESMAN BEHAVIOR. In addition to submitting public reviews, I will report them to TrueCar, as I doubt that this is the type of behavior that their "certified" dealerships are expected to display. On a better note, I ended up purchasing a brand new car from a TrueCar certified dealership that I had a 10/10 experience with- Carolina Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT- where Deondre treated me how you should treat a customer that WILLING to paying THOUSANDS of dollars for a vehicle. I give McDonough Nissan a 0/10. I wouldn't purchase a popsicle from them if it were 200 degrees outside. I read the bad reviews before hand and had to learn the hard way. Well, you've been warned.

Poor service. Bought a car and was back 2 weeks later getting stuff fixed that wasn't really getting fixed. Having to come out of pocket for my repairs is starting to get ridiculous. Bald tired after driving off when they wasn't when I did the test drive. Faulty sensor on a tire when it wasn't like that to start. Tried to get things worked out and the service manger told me to give him 2 weeks for the sensor to work. I can't wait 2 weeks when I have kids in the car and don't know when something may happen to the tire. Smh. I ended up buy a senor and back tires. Keep calling corporate and corporate isn't any help either. Just terrible.

McDonough Service Department initially refused to take their coupon for the Advantage brakes and rotors with complimentary inspection. I was demeaned and told to go sit down by the Service Advisor who was refusing to listen to me and acted like the coupon I had was invalid and that the service would be 474 plus tax and that was it and it would be 249 plus tax for the rear to change pads and resurface the rotors. I eventually spoke with the Service Manager who did not take the coupon; he called someone and accepted it with a caveat that it would probably squeak. Unfortunately, he took the coupon, and my brakes were not squeaking when I arrived. After the brake job, my brakes are squeaking from front and back. The service department did not prepare the rotors by removing the film off as required, and the brake pads cut into the silver coating on the rotor. I have pictures. Both the service advisor and the service manager need to be terminated for their lack of professionalism and the potential of my safety being jeopardized my life with these brakes not being installed properly. Alarming to say the least, Brett, the Service Manager and the Lane Manager who I don't know his name getting upset because of a coupon and not providing quality service to a long-time customer of McDonough Nissan is appalling. I'm in Augusta having to drive a vehicle that's unfit to be on the road. Need assistance in resolving these issues with my brakes and the employees of McDonough Nissan who purposely sabotaged.

I went to Nissan in McDoungh forall my services for my 2017 Nissan Rogue and the transmission goes out with less than 75,000 miles and the service guy Adam would say that he wouldn't charge. I found them to very unprofessional or caring. I brought a new Mercedes and a mozda within two weeks went and got my Nissan and I bet they have know idea that I'm gone. Just bad service and bad bad customer service. Especially Guy Adams just a rude cold person

I wish I would have read the reviews before buying a car from this place. I GOT PLAYED!!!I thought I was to smart for this, trusting people at their word, I need to stop!!! especially after dealing with McDonough Nissan. They started off very nice, even treated me to lunch/dinner after waiting 6hrs to get my car from their overstock. They told me to come back so the could finish with my car because it was getting late. Once you sign on the dotted line, and drive off the lot, it's over, they get amnesia, start lying. It's unbelievable. Bottom line, make sure you are completely satisfied, test drive, don't let them tell you something to your benefit, because more than likely, it's not true!
