“I found the staff to be friendly and service was great. I have been in the store several times. I purchased a Mossberg 940 pro 12 ga from them. I had seen the shotgun on a previous visit. I had three different employees help me through the purchasing process. One got the shotgun out of the area it was in. One helped me with the paperwork and one boxed it back up in the original box with all the accessories and paperwork. I was in and out of the store with my shotgun in hand in under 20 minutes.”
“Cheryl at American Title lending contacted me and straighten everything out. She explained to me correctly that what I was paying was interest fees and not late fees and that it was explained to me incorrectly by one of the newer employees. I had wrote a bad review at first because I didn’t understand why I was being charged late fees at the end of my payments.For it not be explained to me correctly as a courtesy she waived the fees for me and I will be receiving my title back without having to pay any extra fees.?This was my third time working with this company because they have always treated me well. I’m glad we were able to resolve this issue and I will be using them again. By knowing that they will work with you if you have any issues I would highly recommend them!”
