I came this morning for a service and upon walking in I noticed there was a lobby so I started in the chair and waited to be assisted. Three minutes after coming into the lobby a man walked up to me and asked me if I’ve been out I said no, but I do need a technician call change on my Canberra. Can you let me know the price and I was fine with the price and he told me that it wouldn’t be fixed until noon. I said I don’t mind waiting. He said this is a pick up and drop off service only we don’t need. We don’t like people waiting around in the lobby that’s it OK and I left because what is the point in having a lobby if you don’t want me to come and sit down and wait. I then drove my car to O’Reillys and I fixed it myself and saved me some money and they lost out on a great customer.

I went today for an oil change and everyone was very nice. The lady there working, noticed some front end damage on my vehicle and had the guys zip tie it up for me so it wasn’t dragging close to the ground. That was so nice of them to do that for me. I will definitely be back!

I had amazing service today at PDQ. The second I pulled up a gentleman came right out to the car and pulled me into a lane. The service was fast and everything was explained. Jordan was an outstanding technician and extremely helpful. I will 100% return for all of my future auto service needs.

I was getting ready to go to out of town and needed my front end looked at on my car and they took me right in and fixed it and changed my oil great customer service!!

My 2008 4Runner was giving me some issues. Brought it to PDQ they did a thorough inspection and recommended some repairs to get my truck back on the road.
Jordan was very professional and polite..

My wife's vehicle had brake issues while were driving 2 States away from home. PDQ took her car back immediately, assessed the issue, and repaired it within 20 mins. It WAS a simple fix but I had expected to pay a pretty good price seeing as it's brake service....they thanked me for my military service (Army Wife tag on the car), shook my hand, and told me no charge.
I couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of work or customer service. I HIGHLY recommend you visit PDQ in McDonough, GA for any of your auto care needs

I have used PDQ for a few times now and have been impressed with the courteous way they have accomplished the work. Before PDQ, I was taking my car to the dealer since I had trouble finding a reliable shop. Based on the experience so far, I think I finally have found the shop to service my car going forward.
