If you want good customer service.... ask for Jaime. If you want thorough efforts made to solve/repair... ask for Kevin.
We used this location many times for several different repairs. They have done a good job everytime.... But take my advice the service you recieve will depend on who you talk to.

Top tier service and excellent customer service. The front desk mechanics' were very calm and pleasant to deal with as car issues are never fun. They were able to get me in and out within an hour as I was not able to schedule appointment for a battery defect that just surfaced that morning.

Needed the wiper switch replaced due to an attempted car theft. Was quoted $462 to replace it. Found the part for $66 and installed it myself in less than 5 minutes. I’m very disappointed because I thought I had found a repair shop I could trust, obviously I was wrong. Will keep searching for an honest repair shop but won’t ever go back there again.
