My wife took her frenchie and puppies to this location and had nothing but good word to say. They showed a lot of hospitality to her and the fur babies especially Austin that works up front she took her frenchie in feeling a little ill and now she’s doing great and feeling so much better so thankful they were able to help!

I arrived they had me wait 12 mins because grooming appointment was not until 10am, and then I ended up waiting until 10:30 because groomer was late! Last 2 times I paid for service that included bandana he never comes home with bandana, and he doesn’t even smell good, don’t know what products they are using, but today will be his last time, to PETSMART MCDONOUGH, I didn't leave because no other appointments available in other places I called.

Went to get my fur baby some treats and new toys. Today was adoption day for Kitty Cats. I really wanted to take everyone of them home. Go get you a new baby today❤️❤️

This is in regards to the training program:
I got a dog, Sookie, July 2021. She was super sweet and playful, but she was not obedient by any stretch of the imagination. I took it upon myself to look up training videos and read dog obedience articles, but nothing seemed to be working. I was getting frustrated with Sookie, and I know she was getting more confused and frustrated with me. I eventually caved and took her to training classes March 2024. Let me be the first to tell you that it is worth what you pay for!! Ms. Lynn does an amazing job with training, and she is super excited to answer any and all questions you may have (trust me, I ask a LOT). Like learning anything, you HAVE to do the work at home and be consistent with their practice, or it won’t work. Sookie is more obedient than I ever imagined her to be, and she interacts with other dogs, people, and her environment in a more safe and confident manner.

I used this locations grooming salon for almost two years. I've given them nothing but rave reviews, however the past few visits my girls have come home extremely tense. This last grooming they didn't stop shaking for two weeks. Needless to say, I found a local small grooming establishment to switch. The employees are always so nice to us, but I don't know what happens in the back.

Do NOT get your dog groomed at this PetSmart. The groomers have subpar skills. They have knicked my dog on three different occasions. The last time he got an infection and was on antibiotics. Save yourself and pet the misery and avoid this place at all cost.

I feel bad for the employees trying to do everything at once. I didn’t receive the customer service or help I needed but they also didn’t have any associates. I would recommend doing an order online for pickup instead of trying to get help.

I have a spoiled rotten Yorkie who requires major attention! The team at the McDonough petsmart is always nice and kind. Lee does an amazing job with my baby!!
