“I ALWAYS have the BEST experience when I come to this location. Summer, Brevin, & Haley are pleasant, & professional. Their customer service is stellar. I also admire the respect they have for each other. This UPS store has a good vibe.”
“Capstone Sign & Graphics were amazing to work with for my sign needs. Brooklyn and Mark communicated the process and kept everything moving efficiently. They completed the job quicker than anticipated. Amazing company, but better people!!! Will definitely use them again!”

“This is hands down the best UPS store I've ever been to! The staff is always friendly, the store is always clean and they go above ans beyond to make sure they meet your needs. I refuse to use any other UPS store around because they can't live up to the service that over come to expect. I wish I could give 10 stars thats how great this store is.”
“Miranda was so nice and polite and very very helpful. I had had problems yesterday at a previous UPS store and decided to come to this one this morning and she solved the problem and helped me and went above and beyond great customer service”
“This location is inside of Walmart. Jamera is very pleasant and knowledgeable. I had to mail my resume documents to a company out of state and she assisted me throughly providing above and beyond customer service and I’m very glad she was there. I recommend her for future leadership positions because her positive outlook will be transformational for FedEx and its employees.

“I had a wonderful experience working with Troy yesterday! He traditionally does blueprint printing, but I didn’t know that when I arrived. He went above and beyond, more than I ever asked him to, for a last-minute print job for a bid. His printing capabilities are FAST, too!
Ballew just gained a printing customer for life! Thank you so much, Troy! I can’t wait to have another project for you! If you haven’t used Ballew Printing, you’re missing out!!”
