Brianna was amazing helpful!!! I walked out with exactly the rental I needed. She even called around to see if she could get me better pricing. Facility was immaculate. Definitely recommend!

The lied about the first month being free it starts on the date you begin to rent if you move your things in the end of the month it’s that month that you move in free so a couple days later you have to pay full price monthly fee and they have rats that chewed my belongings

I went with my daughter to view storage area. Sherry was very friendly and very helpful. She was very professional and very knowledgeable about Public Storage policies and pricing. Sherry was able to answer all of our questions. Sherry was awesome!

Rented out a space at public storage…supposedly brand new facility but everything is broken. Unloading the truck and of course we had both entrance doors open because the bay docking doors are broken. We pulling our things in and finally office staff whom is normally not there comes and said it’s climate control we have to have those doors closed use the docking doors. Well if they were working we would use them but they’re not. Then she says unload all your things in this area and then move. Umm there is no security and people walking around looking at your things to steal. We don’t have much however climate is not going to be affected that much whether it was the broken dock doors or not. Paying money to rent out space and the money is not spent to fix things so it can be used properly.smh
