Two weeks ago I had an issue with the white girl behind the counter that has dark hair I don’t want to say her name, but she is very rude. I called and talked to the manager in pharmacy the next day and told her what happened and stated I just wanted the issue to be addressed. So today I go back to the pharmacy to pick up more medicine for my son. I said let me go right after his doctor visit to make sure they received the medicine and had it in stock. I speak with the young white girl with the nose ring so said they received 3 medicines from the doctor and all was in stock. I asked her if she could tell me when it would be ready and she said it’s a wait but in 2 hours. I came back 4 1/2 hours later just to hear it was not ready and then she denied speaking with me. I pointed out which register she was on when we had our conversation and she didn’t say anything. Then the pharmacist jumped in and said if if I want to guarantee that I get my prescription that I need to sit and wait and I asked him why would I sit and wait if she told me it would be two hours? He said that’s the only way we can guarantee that you will get your prescription. I picked up my medicine that was ready the one that they had ready for my son and I got all of our medicine transferred to CVS. I am so sick of Publix pharmacy I would never ever in life go back to that pharmacy again, the quality of the customer service has really went down in the last couple of months. I have been going to that location for almost 4 years since I stay less then a half of mile from there and it makes no sense to have to deal with the attitudes and the unprofessionalism that location gives to their customers. Dealing with that makes me not even want to shop at Publix and give Publix my money.

Disheartening - This is second time I've had a Rx being 'central filled ' but there's no notice to the customer to see if a 5 day wait works. I get doing something like this if a maintenance medication and still filled ahead of running out but I had two medications sent by doctor for pain on Monday - new prescriptions. When I head nothing on Monday, I called Tuesday and was told they would work on filling and send a text, ... 24 hours later I get a text that one is ready. I get there to pick up and ask about the missing med, am told it's a 'central fill' and would be available on Friday. That's 5 days and in my opinion not acceptable that someone didn't contact to confirm it was ok to wait days for the medicine or suggest I may want to transfer it to a pharmacy that can fill it. Why the change when this pharmacy used to be on point? I may need to check another pharmacy in the future.

Loved coming to Publix for my medication until I came to pick up my medication and the lady told me it was gonna be an hour . Came back an hour n a half & still wasn’t ready . Lady tried telling me I was a liar … lady with blonde highlights with hair in a bun ..

Younger lady with white/blonde hair working at the pharmacy should not be allowed to work with the public. She is by far the rudest staff member. Makes you feel like you can’t ask a question yet her picture is on the wall with a statement under it about asking questions.

Lately the quality of service has went down. The woman answering the phone in the morning time is absolute rude and unhelpful. She seems like she has anything better to do than assist the customers. She should not be on the phones. Lost my business after 10 years because of her.

I have shopped at this store for 20 years and always been pleased.....until now. I highly recommend that they do away with the idea of ordering subs on line. initially, the service worked, but the last 3 times we have ordered, they have not had the sandwiches ready, and one time they conveniently lost our order. however, the rudeness of The young lady making sandwiches tonight has made our decision not to trade here anymore easy. Too bad! The product is superior, but bad service speaks louder.....

There was a time that This Publix offered excellent customer service but that has changed. I don’t mind self check out but when I use it…most of the produce doesn’t have a PLU code and to get assistance is a nightmare because it’s usually someone playing on their phone. Most recently I went through a checkout line…bagged most of my own groceries then someone came to bag. Unfortunately she chose to have social hour with a manager and other employees making it difficult for me to even reach my groceries! Finally get home and start preparing my meal only to find a main ingredient missing that I had purchased. I had to stop and drive back up there. I spoke to the manager on duty, gave my name and number because she said she would pass it to the store manager and I never heard back. With customer service gone Publix doesn’t really offer me anything that I can’t get at another grocery store. Very disappointing

I called there today to get the price estimates on my prescription. Whomever I spoke with was very rude, condescending, and impatient; I was tempted to hang up the phone. I've taken my business elsewhere. I thought Publix valued better customer service than this.

Just a little disappointed that the staff would come out and force a young gentleman leave the property that was simply playing some beautiful peaceful music in the parking lot with a simple sign asking for donations to help with rent. It wasn’t like he was out running up to people begging for money, never approached anyone. He keep his distance from people and was very harmless. Yes there are plenty of other ways to make money and work and he may very well be employed but his music was not harming anyone. Let’s pay more attention to the low lives that park in the handicapped parking spots without permits and be more helpful to the general population.

Best pharmacy in the area just switched from cvs and can't believe how much better service you get from here. The prices here are also better.
