Use to love coming here for oil changes and tire rotation, but today new people are at the front desk and the service is bad. They use to meet me at my truck when I drove into the service area and get the keys and mileage off the sticker; instead she ask me once I went inside for the mileage (Note: No one ever met me in the service area). Later she called me back to the front desk to ask me about extra service instead of coming to me in the waiting area like they use to do. Seems like a lazy staff who are not customer service oriented at the front desk now. Hope their mechanics didn't change,and still perform good service. After they finish my oil change and tire rotation...This will be my last time at this Quick Lane in Mcdough Ga.

Been taking our Ford Edge to this center since purchased new in 2015. First despicable act by (Ford) quicklane was charging $108.00 to replace 20 lugnuts on a new vehicle. They said they cant do anything and for us to write Ford and maybe get refund.The lugnuts are flawed so their answer is to replace the defective lugnuts and have the customer pay for the problem. The last straw was having the vehicle tires serviced there and a new set of tires they installed had cupping issues after a year. They pointed out any other reason the tires were failing and none of it was the fault of their service techs not noticing and issue on any of the service checks they completed. I was told the vehicle was bumped and must be out of alignment so they won't warranty anything and it isnt their problem. I took it to another shop to find there is no issue with the alignment on the vehicle. It has a bad shock that was leaking and should have been seen in the multi point inspection the Quick lane says they perform. So we end our 5 year relationship with Legacy and will never be back again. Owner of the dealership will be notified next. As well as sharing my experience on social media. Thanks for nothing Rick the service manager.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Online the service selection said “perform alignment $0.00” even at check out. I go to check out and the lady asks me for $200. They made me pay $160 for an alignment that should be $0, the discount was $40 off a $200 alignment. I showed proof that it’s $0.00 and the lady says “oh ask my manager that’s not up to me”. After I drove my car out of the parking lot, the car was driving to the right without my hands on the steering wheel. I have spent nearly 4 hours here today. This place is a scam. I would not go here. It’s best to go to a proper mechanic or dealership. Attached is an image for you all to see that the alignment was $0.00 on the website.

Buyer Beware! The price you see when booking online IS NOT the price they will charge you! Expect +/- 35% more with the excuse “the online pricing is outdated”, it’s their website - so a lame excuse; don't expect management call back when they tell you that will happen. BUYER BEWARE! BAIT AND SWITCH!

This place was easy to make an appointment with and the receptionist at the front desk was nice but I’ve been driving ford 250 trucks for more than 20 years. Recently I purchased a 2022 250 truck with low mileage. I’ve put roughly 2000 miles on it and the brakes have a loud screeching noise when they get hot which is fast, also there is a problem with the alignment on the rear tire. I took it here to get the problem corrected and it was a waste of my time. I was told and given a print out saying it was normal for the brakes to make that sound and they can’t check the alignment because it has a leveling kit on it. I was told to take it back to the ford dealership where I purchased it. Not sure what’s going on with our work force today but I hope we get better than this in the near future or it’s going to be a long road.
