They’ve got a sign saying they’ll reopen at 5 AM, but they advertise being open 24/7. It’s so inconvenient — they close early every single day. Smh.

Since Saturday this RaceTrac has been closing early and it’s honestly ridiculous. I went last night around 8 PM and the entire store was shut down, doors locked, lights still on, and the employee was inside cleaning but refused to let anyone in. Multiple customers pulled up and got turned away. This has been happening every day since Friday.
I drive trucks overnight and this is the closest stop near my deliveries — I needed food and a restroom, and couldn’t even get inside. It’s very disappointing. If you advertise 24/7, then stay open 24/7. Y’all are losing a lot of business for no reason. I really hope they hire more staff or retrain the ones they have, because closing whenever you feel like it is not okay.

They are not 24 hours. I came here at 0500 and they were closed. They said they opened at 0600, there was food on the bar. So please believe that pizza is going to be stale. There is an entire Facebook group with over 20k truckers praising RaceTrac, I will be sure to tell them not to go here. At least update your hours of operation on Google, I would not have wasted my time. DO NOT VISIT THE MCDONOUGH RACETRAC

The one with the dreads and beard , likes to gossip about customers..he gives sissy energy. Very rude. He also sits around and pretends to be productive. But anytime I'm in there he does nothing .

Quite possibly the worst Racetrac restroom I have ever been in. Every toilet was clogged and every urinal had at least 15 pieces of gum in them. FYI, incase you were looking for a clean place to poop. This ain't it.

Just left here a few minutes ago. The worker was on his/her personal phone instead of paying attention to guest. After the cashier wrong up an item wrong and wouldn't fix it, he/her stated they just started working here and that the new GM be hard on employees so that's why he/she wouldn't correct the item.

This store right here, this store right here ...very clean...the restrooms are clean....the staff seems well paid...you can tell from the smile on the face, not to be confused with Hangry.Me personally I was hangry last time never forget it...that roller foods don't play....Thank You ....I appreciate you RaceTrac
