The people here have always been helpful. Whether it's in the pharmacy or on the floor, we always get friendly service. We have been customers for a long time and they always treat us well.

Out of the other pharmacies in this general area, Rite Aid has been my favorite. Even when they are busy, they work as quickly as possible. I believe that they take the reason you are getting a prescription into consideration as they are filling them. If your kids are sick and in the car, it seems like they handle that RX first. . I really like the pharmacists. One thing to consider, is the pharmacist is always busy with filling a prescription, talking to a doctors office, and other things. They will take time to answer your questions or concerns, but they will not always be bubbly and talkative-- as they have to stay concentrated. The cashiers should be the friendly ones, helping you with a smile and a happy attitude. There again, if they are busy, they might not be able to talk as much. They have all been friendly, or at least professional, to me. Prescriptions have always been correct and usually ready if I called them in.

Always excellent service. The entire pharmacy staff generally go above and beyond to assist me whenever I deal with them.

The pharmacists, Kara or Cara however she spells it was VERY rude and short while I was calling in a prescription. She needs to work on her customer service skills. She should be in a cubical behind a desk since she doesn't know how to talk to people. A T T I TUDE!

Absolutely awful service. We had a poor experience there once before but decided to go again because of convenience to home. Our daughter was discharged from the hospital mid afternoon with an infection and terrible fever. She needed her antibiotics dose by 830pm. We dropped off the prescription at the window. She reviewed it and told us it would take 30-40 minutes. We returned at 8 to pick up her prescription only to be told that it needed to be ordered and would take a day. At this point, it was so late that we scrambled and called every pharmacy we could find but to no avail. 1. Why were we not told at the drop off window that her antibiotic was not in stock and needed to be ordered? 2. Why did no one call us to let us know immediately when they realized? The woman was unapologetic and seemed disinterested in the entire situation. Terrible customer service. Very poorly run and managed pharmacy. We will not be returning.

I haven't had a single problem with Chris. I do not disagree with you nor do I mean to add doubt to your experiences as I can only speak to my own. Chris has been nothing but polite to me. In fact, he invited me to get a flu shot from him. He also explained the shots my insurance will cover if administered by him (to save a trip to my doctor).

I was really feeling horrible with a burning sore throat. It was two minutes before they were scheduled to close. The young lady filled my prescription quickly and with a smile.

4/22/17: Chris, the licensed pharmacist is beyond rude, he always thinks it's okay to speak to women in a threatening manner. I'm in the drive thru waiting for my husband's prescriptions and the lady already takes my ins card. Like literally FIVE minutes later here comes Chris and the first time he speaks I can't hear him so I ask again and this man gets so much attitude! I'm talking about head circling attitude telling me my husband prescriptions need to be filled so I need to circle the building. I told him he needed to watch the attitude bc I can go toe to toe with him in that and he wouldn't be happy if I went inside. When I asked why they couldn't fill them already he gets even more attitude telling me that it's bc they need to bill the insurance first. I should have just stayed put but I Park and go inside and ask to speak to a manager. I get the supervisor on duty who isn't over pharmacy. I tell her what happened and she goes to check and see if they're ready. Surprise they are (why did he even ask me to circle the building??). I tell her that I don't want him ringing me up bc I just know he's gonna have attitude. She says he may need to speak to me about the meds and I tell her if I have questions I'll call my doc or Publix. Well she doesn't listen and has him ring me up. As soon as she gets without ear range he pushes the meds towards me and says "don't. You. Ever. Threaten. Me. Again." So I yell for the lady to come back and I tell her that I told her this was gonna happen. He can't just ring me up and get me on my way!! The whole time he is STARING at me. I ask what his problem is and would he like me to call the cops since he's threatening people and he says "please I wish you would" then walks away and comes back and says "I know them all personally" so I tell him that's fabulous! She finally gets the older black lady with short to ring me up and she doesn't even speak to me! lol I will never go to this pharmacy again and if you are wise you should steer clear as well! They have no idea how customer service works. None! Chris is an old tiny little gray haired diva with short man issues, only way to explain his inexcusable behavior.

i just wanted to express my appreciation for the excellent service the pharmacist at rite aid (i think his name is chris) provided for me. he was very patient with me asking him questions about my new meds...just found out that i am a diabetic...and took the time to explain the importance of managing my blood sugar and a1c levels. i must admit that i felt so much better after speaking with him. it is becoming all too rare these days to find a pharmacist that goes to such great lengths to satisy its cusomers. i hope this will show others that old-fashioned hard work and consideration for customers are values that are rewarded in our society. sincerely, diane perkinson
