I ordered some jeans last night on clearance that were so pretty cute and this morning to ask some questions !! Gabe not only answered my questions but called me back later when he got my order to let me know that the exact jeans i ordered were OOS . HOWEVER this wonderful human gathered multiple pairs of similar jeans in different sizes and helped me find some that i liked EVEN MORE i don’t leave reviews often but he really did make my day, i haven’t found jeans in YEARS that i felt comfortable in until today, and i wouldn’t have picked them out myself haha

I feel like i go to rue21 way too often but they have comfortable clothing. its pretty trendy, but not in an adult way. its nowhere near alternative, and can be used for outfit basics and accessories.

This used to be a good store to come too. However they have hours posted saying they open at 10 yet the door was locked with the employees inside it at 1130 am. Then they are rude and disrespectful

I often go in this store and shop because my teens love there clothes , prices are good and I work very close. I always get good service there but today was just over the top.I had a manger her name was Shenyce who was great and very involved and and outgoing plus a young lady named Jala who was so helpful and downtown to earth they keep me on point about all the sales , My points ,and Jala even offered to come help my find something for myself intending of just buying for the kids ... Overall experience was great and I felt everyone needed to know about these two amazing people.

I went in this rue 21 this past Monday on February 20th hoping to enjoy shopping on my off day I was very disappointed a young lady named Taylor was very rude to me immediately upon arrival and upsetting other shoppers she had an awful attitude and was making comments about what I wanted to try on she seemed like she didn't even want to be there and doesn't care at all about her job and common curiosity to other people she kept giving me judgmental looks and made me leave early without even being able to buy anything I'm VERY disappointed.

For store to have such a young staff their customer service is ALWAYS top notch! Kudos to the managment for setting an example and having staff that are courteous, helpful and professional in place.

An employee with a massive forehead (couldn't get the name, forehead was too distracting) sharted on my jorts, used an expletive (hard-R N-Word™️), then proceeded to blame it on the wings she had eaten earlier, and tried to save face by showing me Minion memes. This would have been fine if she wasn't in the changing room with me - she claimed she was checking my foreskin for Mossad listening devices!
