The young lady named Courtney is an absolute sweetheart. She's very knowledgeable of the products, and her customer service skills are excellent. The store is well stocked, organized, and clean.

I had a salon not too far from here and when I went there and needed help finding anything I was helped. I'm glad they make sure you are licensed and not selling professional produce to just anyone off the street like the State of Ga is doing with the Salons.Anyone can open up a braid shop but Barbers has to be license but they do natural hair also, question fam, who mostly own braid shops and who own the salons and Barber Shops?I rest my case!Thank you Sally for being professional, if not there's no need of going to hair school and becoming professional if you can, own a salon and get professional produce without a license at every beauty store.God Bless America! ❤️

If I COULD rate them with a zero star I would. There were 2 cashiers standing behind the register. A couple of teenagers browsing the store, but as soon as I walked in they followed me on every aisle as if they were rearranging the products that didn't need to be rearranged!!! They acted like I was going to steal something! I told the Sally's employee to Stop following me, I have money! It's REALLY RIDICULOUS THAT Sally's train their employees to stereotype!!!

I will not be retuning to this location again. I went in this location 10/1/22 around 11:30/12:00 to buy some shampoo, ask the cashier if she was knowledgeable on shampoos for my (burgundy hair) that just got colored. She was not. (No big deal) then I went and tried to find claw hair clips (don’t know if that’s they name but that’s what I call them lol) and I was made to feel like I was about to steal by the older woman if I switched a isle she would follow. Mind you I had no purse on me. LAST BUT NOT LEAST, their Biotera sign stated but one get one 50% off. DID NOT SPECIFY BIG BOTTLE OR LITTLE BOTTLE! I let the cashier and the (manager woman who was following me around ) know she rang up little bottle and it came up half off . Cashier said it’s only the little bottle, I said yeah but it doesn’t specify that on your sign and the sign is literally right below the big bottles! They did not honor it! I went ahead and got the bigger bottles and left. I was not fixing to argue. Pathetic

The workers watched me the whole time so I made them my personal shoppers. This has happened at another location so I truly believe this isactually their business model. This was my first time returning to a Sally’s in about a decade due to their “customer service” and this was indeed my last time ever walking back into ANY of their stores.

I was watch the the whole time . When coming in the store employee greet me . Ask if I need help I said no had gone to the area I was looking for however it was not in stock .but while I was looking the lady stood at the front of the aisle the whole time really made me feel uncomfortable. Even when other customers came in she did not follow them .

I will NOT be returning to this Sally. I got the 4 for $20 deal on hair care and did not like two of the products and wished to exchange them. I wanted two of the other products I bought as part of my original 4 for $20 so I would ultimately have four of the same product. But Valerium would not let me exchange them and wanted to charge me full price for the product, even though it should have been an even exchange. She was VERY rude and signed me up for the Sally beauty rewards without my consent, so I’m sure Sally sold my info to another company and they won’t stop emailing me. I WILL be calling corporate.

I will not be returning to this location. The cashier working on 5/6/22 at 12pm felt the need to follow my husband and I through the store. We entered to buy a nail clipper. He’s a pharmacist, I work in corporate not that should be known in order not to be racially profiled. I just came from bath and body works and soap buff. I have no need to steal a $4. I hope the employee sees this and learn to do better and not judge other solely on their skin.

Every time I go into this store I feel watched by the employees. When me and my mother went in there today they went back to the aisle we just came from and made it seem like they were shelving but check to make sure we didn’t took anything and came back to front. I felt discriminated because we were speaking Spanish. This didn’t happen to other people that were there at the same time.
