I always enjoy coming to this Sam's because of the quality items and value I get from the store. There's always a decent size crowd whenever I go so I use the app to scan n checkout to get out quickly. This time I saw a live performance near the wine station, and I love the free samples throughout the aisles. This visit I had an ice cream sandwich. The workers are available whenever I need them and that makes my visits worth while every time.

Customer service at Sams is nonexistent. Purchased a $75 gift card before Christmas there and gave it as a gift. Was contacted by the friend I had given it to that they could not use it due toot being activated. Fairly embarrassing but I got cards back, gave my friend the money to cover their meal and tried to take back to Sams and get cards activated or replaced. After waiting in line 30 minutes, talking to 2 different people in Customer Service they not only refused to make it right but implied that I was trying to scam them over a pack of gift cards! They should take Customer service off their wall in that store because as a customer, they don’t care if you shop there or not.

I hate to say but horrible customer service. Called 4 times and waited on hold for 25-40 minutes each time. We use Sams weekly for our business but will change that soon. We had a product delivered that was severely damaged and not functional, and was told I would receive information on what to do. No one contacted me back and no aid was provided. We had to find someone to help drive the product back to exchange and still they did not return the delivery fee. That was not any type of customer service I would provide from by business. Disappointed in the guidance on what to do, as well as the response given at the customer service counter.

Still loving, loving, loving my Sam's! The staff are super helpful abs approachable! The pick-up service is a busy every now and again, but it's usually when they're short on staff. Even if there was a Costco nearby, I'd still choose Sam's! Nicely done, Team!

Love the fact that I can do pick up but the employees to learn some cars has a push button to close the trunk, so there is no need to slam the trunk.

Meh I'm a Costco fan but there is none close. It sucks so here is second best. Quality layout and prices aren't as good but it's the best for location!

I have recently visited this location and was very disappointed in the sanitation practices. Considering the current situation with Covid-19 I have a high expectation for cleanliness in this high volume club. The family restroom was filthy, especially the floor and door. I also expected to find some sanitizer or wipes near the pay terminals. I asked an employee that was in charge of that area for something, and he told me that none was available. Please get it together.
