I always enjoy coming to this Sam's because of the quality items and value I get from the store. There's always a decent size crowd whenever I go so I use the app to scan n checkout to get out quickly. This time I saw a live performance near the wine station, and I love the free samples throughout the aisles. This visit I had an ice cream sandwich. The workers are available whenever I need them and that makes my visits worth while every time.

Customer service at Sams is nonexistent. Purchased a $75 gift card before Christmas there and gave it as a gift. Was contacted by the friend I had given it to that they could not use it due toot being activated. Fairly embarrassing but I got cards back, gave my friend the money to cover their meal and tried to take back to Sams and get cards activated or replaced. After waiting in line 30 minutes, talking to 2 different people in Customer Service they not only refused to make it right but implied that I was trying to scam them over a pack of gift cards! They should take Customer service off their wall in that store because as a customer, they don’t care if you shop there or not.

Still loving, loving, loving my Sam's! The staff are super helpful abs approachable! The pick-up service is a busy every now and again, but it's usually when they're short on staff. Even if there was a Costco nearby, I'd still choose Sam's! Nicely done, Team!

Sara Fina with customer service was very rude to me for asking a simple question. Can I go shop and use the app then come back to the line. She refused to answer only to find out there wasn't anymore.

I just had the worse experience. I went to customer service to get my membership card. The line was long so I decided to go to the front to ask the lady of I could go shop and use the app and come back to get the card. The women name (Sara Fina). Looked at me then completely ignored me. I assumed at that point that I may have been mistakened so I decided to wait until she got a little closer so that I wouldn't have to yell. I politely asked her again and she dismissed me very rudely as if I was a child and ordered me to go to the back of the line. So I went to the line and waited. Once I got to Sara Fina I said (let's start over but I wanted you to know how little you made me feel by speaking to me very rude and nasty). She laughed at me and stated(ha I've never heard that in my life and no one has ever told me that I am a rude person). At that point I felt like the conversation was going no where and we were going back and forth and she refused to see my side being the customer. DeVaughn-the other customer service agent stepped in and tried to defuse the situation. After speaking to her she then stated that they didn't even have membership cards to give out. Which then frustrated me even more bc this could have been resolved had Sara Fina just been kind and answered the question. I then requested a manager. Which Belisha got involved. I told them that being a customer service agent the job responsibilities are to be kind and multitask. I provide Sara kindness and I expected that in return and Sara Fina did not provide me with this. There was time wasted and Sara Fina was not a very kind person.

Unfortunately, I wish I could leave no stars. I also hope that someone from this Sams Club reads this review in its entirety. My fiance purchased my engagement ring from Sams on Jonesboro Rd. Mcdonough, GA April 10, 2021. Four months of wearing the ring, and no I didn't go outside in play In the dirt, No I wasn't putting my hands into bleach or any other solution. I was simply wearing the ring. which began two months after purchase, to tarnish. To add to injury to insult once I returned the associate kindly, said " the last associate put the ring into the wrong box, and took the diamond tester out to test it, and guess what? The ring was not a diamond and had barely any real diamonds in it. Even though it is advertised as 1ct REAL DIAMONDS ( nope lie & false advertisement) The ring was Moissanite is regarded as a diamond alternative, with some optical properties exceeding those of diamond. It is marketed as a lower-priced alternative to diamond that does not involve the exploitative mining practices used for the extraction of natural diamonds. In other words FAKE! even though priced as a real diamond(s) Is there a way on this site to upload a picture? Beware, folks, they are pricing and advertising REAL DIAMONDS, that will tarnish within months. Disappointed, angry, bamboozled, hood winked by Sams Club in McDonough, GA

I’ve always been told that ‘attitude reflects leadership’. Today, I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever. And worst of all, the club manager Lyle, acted like members are a total inconvenience. Bring my concerns to him was a waste of time. I’ve been a member for 20 yrs and If there was another wholesale club nearby, I’d be there in a heartbeat! Save yourself and find somewhere else to go!

Don’t ever place an order to be picked up because you will never get it!!!!! Iv been Waiting for over an hour they are behind. Why give a time 6-7 is my window it’s now 7:12 and just got a texted about my order.

I like the store, only thing I didn’t like was out of a group of customers (only black) I was asked to see my card as everyone else walked in. But I like the store, very clean and I was in and out

Love the fact that I can do pick up but the employees to learn some cars has a push button to close the trunk, so there is no need to slam the trunk.

Sam's had a new promotion for Jan Feb 2021 The McDonough Store 1 1/2 hour away had 9 of the $1500. dollar Gazebos they had advertised in the national flyer. Paid the money, could not load it because they put the Gazebos in the wrong place and stacked stuff around it. That was the first 1 1/2 hour trip and standing in line for 30 min. They told us to come back tomorrow, they will unload the rack and get us one down and have it waiting in the front of the store. The next day another 1 1/2 hour trip and standing in line 30 min, The gazebo was not upfront as promised. Said they could not get them down, said come back tomorrow again. This time we asked the manager to give us a written promise that we could receive what we paid for. I will leave another comment tomorrow, to see if someone can get it together and do as promised(A written promise) Why create an advertisement and not be able to get the merchandise to the customer because "The Loaders put it in the wrong place"

Meh I'm a Costco fan but there is none close. It sucks so here is second best. Quality layout and prices aren't as good but it's the best for location!
