I was very happy my insurance company recommended Service King. The hospitality was so humble and respectful. They kept me abreast of what was going on with my SUV. I would sincerely recommend them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They couldn’t service my vehicle, because they couldn’t find the pieces to fix it but they didn’t inform me until I called back up there 2 weeks later. There were several instances where there was no communication. So for 2 weeks the car sat and there was nothing they could do to fix it. Then the receptionist continuously hung up on me whenever I called I had to call from another number in order to get through in order to get my questions answered. When I did pick up my vehicle it looked WORSE, and they handed me pieces of it… that are now completely useless. Yeah save your time, save your money… pick a different business entirely to do your repairs.EDIT TO ADD: the incompetence is crazy, on top of the experience I was told to leave the rental vehicle there do you know they never told the company that the rental arrived….. ? good thing I did not trust them and informed the rental company myself. Do not waste your time here. Read the reviews.

Went in to see about an estimate. 1st one available wasn’t for almost 3 weeks. Doesn’t your company want to make money? My last 2 vehicles were fixed here but not this one. Workloads this large, to not be able to do an estimate for 3 weeks makes me question the quality of work that will go into my vehicle.

I want to first start off by saying that Mr.Eddy has been phenomenal throughout this entire experience. He reassured us in our difficult time that everything was going to be okay. He was also professional, kind, respectful, and we knew that we were in good hands. Now we did have a hiccup throughout this process, but from my prospective, it had nothing to do with Mr.Eddy, more so with whoever did the paint work. When Mr.Eddy found out what had happened, he handled it and got us squared away. Like I said before, we knew we were in good hands working with Mr.Eddy. The amount of professionalism that this man has is astounding. And despite the hiccup we had, as long as Mr.Eddy is here, if we have anymore issues in the future, I know where to bring my vehicle. I want to also thank Mr.Tommy as well for being so kind and helpful!Service: Painting

Let me start off by saying this I am pleased with the customer service representatives of the company, but greatly displeased with the most important part, which is the quality of the work I had panels that we’re not painted and some painted incorrect colors from stock. My front bumper comes with over 50 screws when I picked up the new front end completely from the factory there was only about five screws, holding the entire front and down. Needless to say this car is capable of doing over 200 miles an hour end at any speeds at interstate or greater the panels vibrate. Service time in schedule is very unpredictable to be fair. Some was due to parts being hard to fine but other parts were already available put in for painting, sat for a day and removed without being unpainted to work on another vehicle.

I went there for a price, only to be told to call a number to get an appt. I sat in the parking lot, made the call, and the appt was set for 5 min later. They took the photos and all my information and never gave me a price for the work. Complete waste of time.

I don’t give reviews no matter how bad the business! But I don’t want anyone else to fall victim to what I went through with this business! I came in for a body work issue my car was completely operable! They called me after almost a month telling me there’s an issue with my key! Usually key fobs die so I told them to change the battery! Next thing I know SCOTT told the insurance this was a previous issue causing my insurance not to cover any issues that came about while my car was in the shop! Now I have a Lexus I drive my car an hr to work everyday never had a problem starting it. All of a sudden it doesn’t start after being on the lot for a month now people! So they keep sending me on dummy missions because they know I’m going to keep getting turned around meanwhile they get to keep my car on the lot per the insurance paying them for it right! Almost 2 months now these people had my car! Please don’t take your car here! I do not want them to make money off of anyone else like they are doing to me! PLEASE go to a local shop to have your car needs met! And as for the team at this establishment wickedness never prevails!

If you read any review please read this one: a tree branch fell on my vehicles windshield only cracking the glass of the windshield. All they want is more money from your insurance, manager or whoever he is, Austin, is looking for $$$.- 3.5 weeks to replace a WINDSHIELD- Charged us $5500, stating there were dents in the vehicle. I requested a replaced windshield not a whole vehicle dent inspection. How could there be any dents if the branch ONLY hit the windshield?- not easy to work with and when you ask questions you’re a bother to them.- major lapse in communication as well.If insurance did not require I brought the vehicle here I would’ve gone elsewhere. Safelite would’ve been quicker, cheaper and much more supportive.

DO NOT USE! This has been the worst experience I have EVER had! From the lack of communication and horrible customer service. I took my truck in for repairs on June 5 when I arrived I heard other customers complaining and picking up their vehicles from where their systems had been down for the past two weeks. I asked the receptionist did I need to take my vehicle somewhere else because it was obvious, they would need to get to the vehicles that were there prior to me since they could not do so for two weeks. She assured me that was not the case, so I left my vehicle(bad mistake). Fast forward while my vehicle was at the shop. I had to continue to call and get no answer and no return phone calls. The tech finally called me on a Friday and told me that my vehicle was actually done early all to get there the following Monday and they could not even find my vehicle. Once they did, the receptionist took my $500 deductible before it was even completed my vehicle was filitybinside and out where they had not taking it to the car wash to be detailed. Once I got my vehicle later that day, there was a crack in the brand new grill, no windshield washer fluid which they charged for as well as my oil change indicator light had been reset by someone somehow. I then took my vehicle back the very same day for the incomplete repairs which took another week to be completed and they charge State Farm over $7000 the same day when my vehicle was not done and still in their possession! When I finally picked up my vehicle, I complained to the manager with all my concerns and issues. He apologized and offered me a $50 gift card that he said I can pick up the following morning when they called me to do so that was July 6 today is Tuesday, July 11 and I still have not heard from the manager or service tech with my $50 gift card. Again, another display of horrible customer service. I have already reported them to state farm and suggested they remove them from there in net work priority list.

My car was towed to them over a week ago to be inspected for my insurance claim. So far I haven't heard any word from them. I tried calling and they never answered the phone. The only way to speak to someone is to call as if you're setting up service. I'm going to drive up there today just to see what's going on. Pretty annoyed, and they were referred by Allstate???

STAY AWAY - No pre-repair inspection, later they claim damage they did was preexisting, Really lousy Job, plus left interior dirty. Read contract if stolen from their shop or burned in their shop no coverage, YOU are responsible. Told by my notation on contract that vehicle not to leave facility and they agreed, yet they took vehicle on a 51 mile joy ride.

The worst service I have a gut from a collision team! Very polite and courteous, awful and make all kind of promises, but follow up on none of them. I've been waiting three months for a tire and a headlight. They continue to tell me it's on back order, but when I called the dealerships around the city, they are in stock. They rush me to pay my deductible for my insurance and collect it for my insurance, but never finished the work! Don't take your car here you will be greatly disappointed.

The follow up with this location is absolutely horrible. I have been trying to get a status update for a repair that was due to their initial faulty replacement of a part. A part that they will rebuild to my insurance no doubt making the claim even higher. When the initial job could have been handled with a repaint. Every time I call it’s a different story. No manager with the exception of the parts has ever returned my call. The lashes at the front can only do so much and they are getting the brunt of it all. This is absolutely unacceptable. One should not have to escalate matters to get things resolved. Managers you are setting your employees and business for failure when you fail to do your job be ensure customer satisfaction to a basic and adequate manner.

Do not recommend! Estimate sent over via email on 3/31/23 offered to pay to get parts ordered before vehicle dropped off. The car dropped off on April 4, 2023. Estimator Dionna Higgs is assigned to my claim she was absolutely horrible no updates or calls still after 35 days. Spoke to a Tracey via phone and she stated vehicle didn't get pulled apart until 4/19/23 the proceeds to tell me she doesn't know what's going on with my vehicle. I asked to speak to the manager she tells me manger name Tommy Mcmullen is in a meeting and then will be on lunch after meeting. Asked what's a good time to call back she said hell he takes 3 hours lunches. I left my name and # and still haven't received a call from the manager after 35 days. Every time I call to speak to Dionna, she isn't available to speak to me about my vehicle. I finally spoke with Tereasa that has been giving me updates on vehicle and even given me her personal cell phone # for updates. Vehicle had to be taken to another center for issues with censor. Part for vehicle that Dionne is ordering is not right parts, so they have to keep sending back and reordering correct parts. I was told Service King has been taken over by Crash Collision. Today is 5/8/23 and they still have my vehicle. I've been in a rental vehicle for 35 days that keeps getting extended.
