The shell gas station all of the time, I went yesterday and was going to get gas in my truck, There was empty vehicles at the pumps and the pumps had Grocery bags on them, I asked the guy if they was out of gas, He said no They're working on the card machine,They would only take cash only, So I said I will just be back tomorrow which is now today, I drove my car today and needed to get gas in it, I went to the shell and same thing.Cars at the pumps some had bags on them so I left, So I will guess.I will fill both vehicles up at the QT,the employee at the shell station told me yesterday the card machines should be up in an hour.UPDATE:After I pump my gas a thing comes up on the screen,would you like a recipe?I always push yes,the reciept never comes out,a few times I walked back in the store and got one,not today,also this station never has any towels next to the pumps so we can use the squeegee,or check oil etc,I remember when the station first opened the TV at the pump would be on,why do things have to go down hill here?

Avoid at all costs. Rude doesn’t cover the customer service. Shell should be ashamed for lending their name to this location.

Rude!the absolute worst customer service! Based on the other reviews this is a common thing but they do not have to worry about me spending my money there ever again!

Do not open businesses in our communities, if you’re going to mistreat us. I’m hearing far too many stories of children and adults being mistreated due to the color of their skin. If this continues, you will be put out of of business. We don’t need you here. Fair warning.

I will give this store a -5 stars if I could.upon entering inside the store it was clean but as I proceeded to look for items so purchase I noticed that I was being followed by the lady cashier. I then moved to the the next aisle and she proceeded follow me. It was so bad I had to ask her why she if following me. As I walked to the cash register I noticed that she looked around until she put her eyes me to make sure that she knew where I was at and she then proceeded to go back behind the counter. I've purchased a house in this neighborhood nearly 7 months ago although this was my 1st time going into the store I refuse to be treated like this in my own neighborhood. I proceeded to leave out of the store called my kids and advised them that's will never go back to the store to find out that they too have experienced the same thing from the lady in the store my son said she even went as far as asking if he was paying with food stamps. Like why smh

Try to go inside the store to pay and my card chip is damage, they told me they can not accept my card due to my chip is damage. Any store that I go to you have the option to either swipe your card if something is wrong with your chip. The lady that work at the cashier always have a bitter attitude. I wish they never built the gas station to over price anyway!!!

They have signs that said they are out of premium and I filled my tank, when I checked my receipt they charge me $3.999 for premium gas, horrible, second time this happened to me, I won’t never go back to this gas station.??????

My family will never spend a penny here again. The customer service or should I say lack their of and the attitude from the woman at this register is the worst. If you don’t like the people in the community then stay out of the community!
