They have a lot of different shoes to choose from and I love the prices. My only negative thing to say is that they don’t have a lot of sizes to choose from in many of the women’s shoes. Especially if you have a smaller foot. Other than that it’s a good store with decent prices.

The manager and employees need to be retrained! I went in to purchase a pair of shoes for my daughter, for the first time she saw a pair she liked and they fit well. It was a bonus to see they were on sale. I get to the counter to pay for them and the lady says it’s $32**, I said oh they are marked $12.98. She says “I don’t know why they keep making this mistake, they are not supposed to be that price” ok that’s not my fault. You clearly see what it is marked you can’t change the price up front. I ask for the manager, the lady calls her acts as though she is going to change the price after answering questions to the “manager” then randomly says oh yea she’s not going to honor that. What kind of establishment expects someone to pay a price not marked on the item?! If that was the regular price then fine but I walked out without the time because it’s the principal of the fact!! Do better! I will never shop here again!

The store manager doesn't have people skills and has trained the employees to be the same way. I had another store to call to check on a shoe for me, and the associate answered the phone saying "hello. I had the westend store call the McDonough store to hold the shoe for me, and they said okay. Upon walking in and letting the associate know I was the customer who they were holding the shoe for, the associates said, "i don't have it." The two associates were talking and acting as if we were interfering with their conversation. The young gentleman was very respectful when I finally got his attention. I was also told that they don't match any of their own store prices for the same shoe, and they gave us mix match shoes. I called the district manager, and she did have them to ship me the other shoe, but she still didn't address any of my other issues. My daughter also talked to the store manager, and once she explained the issue, the store manager told her, "Somebody already called my boss," and she had an attitude with my daughter. I'm just thankful that the district manager shipped me the correct shoe.

I only saw one employee. Bought these silver heels. These are probably the best shoes I've seen at this store. They are heavy. Durable quality. I love them! The one employee was on the phone desperately talking to someone that also works for the company on hiring new employees. When I went to the counter to purchase my shoes, she actually stopped her conversation and asked me how I was doing. Thank you! She didn't treat me like I was a hassle. She was very professional. Thank you for that! I have grown to love this store!

Update your store hours online. Drove all the way cause no one answered the phone and closed at 8pm on the door but online it states 9pm. Thanks a lot for wasting my time.

Can someone explain to me how you can walk into a store and no one greets you or acknowledges you in their store. This store had three associates working on the floor. One behind the register. She said nothing to me. One working in the aisles I was looking at for shoes. She said absolutely nothing. One working on the floor, she said nothing. Nobody was talking to each other. I'm not sure if there was some "drama" right before I came in but whatever the case, it had nothing to do with me. I then took my shoes to cash out. The lady in all black was on the phone, she started to ring up my items. Still said nothing. Then had the audacity to ask,"What is your phone number?" Really lady???? I then said to her, "How are you?" She said fine and did a little snicker. Ugh! When she was done ringing me up, I just asked her for the bag and told her I would finish things up from her. I properly put my shoes in the boxes with the lid and put my own shoes in the bag. I didn't want none of this ladies energy no where touching any of my stuff. So sad to see people so unhappy. Take some type of pride in yourself. I will just shop online next time. Here's a pic of how close I was to this employee. Nothing from her. Not a greeting nor asked if I needed any assistance. You need to do better.

Men’s shoes DO NOT have 11.5 which sucks. I came looking for something casual for cheap but that funky attitude deterred me. I know these stores need the help but as an owner I’d step in until I could mirror the Chik-Fi-La business model concerning customer service.In short, if you don’t want someone that eats poorly and treats people poorly greeting you poorly, just go order online where you’ll save both time and money on the same products and not have to deal with misery.

At first I couldn't find the slides knowing that when I searched for them; this was one of the stores that was suppose to have them in stock. But then I found them and a lot more varieties and colors that I could choose from. I was so glad of that! Will definitely be going back to get more of the other styles and colors. They have a great selection of shoes, I found a pair I loved immediately and was out of the store within 10 minutes. The salesperson was really helpful too!
