Met Sherell and she really took her time to make sure my husband and I had the best bed for both our needs. The price was also reasonable so close to the holidays. She even checked on 3 days after we received the bed …asking if we had additional questions.

My Sales Person, Andrea was professional, efficient and expertly guided me through all new Sleep Number upgrades. Andrea was warm and friendly and clearly well versed with the products being featured. This is my third Sleep Number purchase going back several years. Andrea absolutely out performed the previous Sales People I dealt with on the previous buys. I had decided I’d find a store near me as I was at a point where my fourth bedroom needed an upgrade. Michelle greeted me at the door and we started such a friendly conversation. I think she dropped what she was doing when I entered. She asked all the right questions and knows her sleep numbers very well. Sherrill joined the process and being store manager, she assisted Michelle with the purchase. THEN…they rolled out the red carpet of perks for my purchase!! I never felt rushed, pushed to make any decisions, and bought myself a long awaited sleep number bed. 👏🥳 my mattress pad & sheet set arrived today. I’ll be ready for delivery on the scheduled date.

She was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us find the perfect sleep solution. Sherell didn’t just sell us a bed, she educated us about the technology, accessories, listened to our needs, and patiently guided us through every feature until we were confident in our decision, dispute already having a sleep number bed.
What stood out the most was her passion and professionalism. She remembered every detail we shared, followed up without being pushy, and treated us like valued guests rather than just another sale. We walked away not only excited about our new bed, but also grateful to have had such an exceptional consultant lead the way.

She’s sold a asleep number to a friend about three months ago and I told her I would be back to purchase one and when I came in today she was friendly very helpful. I needed a new mattress so I stopped by my local Sleep Number store. As I enter the store I was immediately welcomed by Sherell. The store was clean and well organized. Sherell asked me several questions about my sleep quality and then found my sleep number. She then gave me her recommendations based upon my information. I tested each mattress. Her first recommendation was the mattress that I ended up purchasing. Sherell was extremely knowledgeable, informative, and very helpful through the entire process from trying each mattress to going through the purchasing process. I would highly recommend Sleep Number beds for anyone looking to improve their quality of sleep.
