The receptionist at the front desk (older white lady) was exceptionally unprofessional, displaying racist and unwelcoming behavior. Her treatment of us was unacceptable, and her attitude does not reflect the standards any company should uphold. Additionally, she stood outside smoking and deliberately invaded my personal space in what felt like an attempt to intimidate me. Such conduct is completely inappropriate for a customer-facing role.
