Ms. Enez was truly a blessing. I was having issues logging in to pay my bill, so I decided to come into the office—a place I usually avoided because there was rarely anyone available and often just a sign on the door. This time, I was greeted warmly, and the office looked and smelled noticeably better.
She assured me that those past issues would no longer occur. She was extremely pleasant to work with and provided excellent customer service.

Been a customer for awhile and have seen alot of managers come & go. It’s so refreshing to now have a manager who cares about the property!! Enez is an amazing manager! She aims to solve problems and always follows up with clear communication!

I had securstorage before but this time I meet this young lady name ENEZ she had good customer service with a smile and very nice like she need a raise for the good job she do you can ask for more but yes she go all out for her good work an her job if I had a choice to choose between here at securstorage somebody else I will come back to securstorage thank u MS ENEZ
