Horrible service, went to pay car loan told me the owner needs to be in person to pay by cash!. I'm paying in an account not taking out money! . Now i know the negative reviews this certain bank gets. They can't even connect their own bank to that account to pull from there either. Stupid bank!

Horrible customer service. I went through the drive through to deposit cash, because it was my fist time I rung the call button. After a minute or so I rung it again and no one answered. So I sent up my cash deposit and someone an older African American woman appeared on the screen and confronted me about ringing the call button.(Who confronts customers) HORRIBLE!I explained that I didn’t know if it was working because after sometime passed no one answered.She continued with Ebonics and some argumentative garbage and sent down my proof of deposit WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON EARTH!

DO NOT BANK WITH TRUIST!!!! YOU CAN’T CASH ANY BIG BUSINESS CHECKS HERE! YOU ALSO CAN’T CASH ANYTHING OVER $2,000. DEPOSIT ONLY. Then the deposit has to be held for TWO-SEVEN DAYS!!!!

the desk clerks are beyond rude! they are not welcoming at all, snatched and threw my card and Id! they have the NASTIEST attitudes ever and act like they do not want to do their jobs! I have CLOSED my account with them and I will NEVER come back. terrible bank and workers!

In a word, thus place sucks. As as SunTrust even worse now. No dedicated drive through person. Trying to squeeze a dollar. Running people away. Total of three cars in drive through, took over twenty minutes yo make a simple deposit.

Hopefully they stay closed. I had an older black woman (didn't get her name) tell me they don't deal with auto loans at this branch. I mind you, I scheduled the appointment online where If that was the case why did the system allow me to schedule the appointment. It should have gave me an message or something. Then she proceeds to give me an number that I've been calling for the last week. I was placed on hold for an hour and half.. They couldn't help either. Customer service down the drain both in person and telephone.. I've switched banks. GOOD LUCK

Oh my goodness! I didn’t think it could get worse than the Eagle’s Landing branch but this location is terrible! Took me 45 minutes in the drive thru to deposit a check. They had my deposit in hand for at least 15 minutes before they ever spoke to me. I recommend the Jonesboro branch!

I have banked with SunTrust for over 20 years but since they have changed to truist they have become impossible to bank with. This branch is impossibly slow and you can't even deposit cash through the ATM anymore. Don't waste a trip there expecting to be able to. I will be changing to a different bank within the next two weeks. Do not expect a good experience at this branch or with truist in general. I will miss SunTrust because they were always good to work with, but I'll never bank with truist once I can get everything untied from them

I went in to this bank which I was a previous customer and I had a SunTrust check to cash they told me they didn't have no money so they redirected me to the one in Eagles Landing what a waste of my time.
