Ever time I go to this T mobile 1497, they are slow, lack customer service skills, and they cannot solve any phone issues , all they do is suggest a new phone. The are uneducated about what their items.Employee turn over

I went into this location with the hopes of getting the phone I wanted. I was assisted by a young lady, whom by the way wasn't rude. However, she tried to talk me down from the phone I desired. She then proceeded to say that I couldn't afford the phone. It took me a bit to register what she said. I responded with, "It's not so much as I can't afford it, it's more of a choice as I have other things that take priority." She again proceeded to say that I couldn't afford the phone. Now, by this time, I'm a bit upset. But I held my composure as best as I could. She finished helping me, and I went on my way.I said that to say this. There are certain things you just don't say to a customer. I understand her will to be transparent, but she truly embarrassed me. It is not up to you to decide if the customer can afford a phone or not. Let the customer decide if they can afford the phone or not. It is your job to simply provide the information necessary and to provide all the options that the customer needs in order to make that decision. It's already bad enough that I had a terrible experience with T-Mobile prior to me walking into that establishment. But she added to the customer experience that I have been having so far with t-mobile and I am not happy. I don't think I'll be returning to this location. I'll take my chances at a corporate store.

So much attitude. Continuously tried to sell us things we obviously didn’t want or need. Said we couldn’t trade in an iPhone with a cracked back glass. We had already done this with an iPhone in the same condition the week prior. Decided to get a second opinion from a corporate store one exit down the highway. Totally different experience. They were so welcoming, didn’t try to sell us anything, and gladly accepted the iPhone as a trade in with a cracked back glass.

Wouldn’t recommend, went there because of the reviews but we went in to buy a phone outright but the lady said they couldn’t do that, had to be on a plan. We go to the other t mobile in McDonough like 15 mins away and he’s like yeah of course we can that… would not recommend

Latisha is definitely the he reason I still have T-Mobile. She is the best manager I have ever encountered. This is such a good store!!! Her patience, her knowledge her customer service and the way the employees respond to her is culture winning! Please keep her!

Terrible. Took my mom to change carriers- “Carrier Freedom” promotion. Sales rep Tisha in November. TISHA asked us to leave phone and she would process this mess . We were told that we COULD switch ,and get a new phone . Claiming we would be given a credit to buy out the old phone .Too good to be true . Because upon calling the rebate office , Verizon carries were Not eligible, we were denied. We would not have switched if Tisha told us Verizon customers /her phone was NOT eligible.My mom is 73 and already lacks trust in phone companies. I feel guilty as her son because I trusted Tisha . The Elderly can not understand rebates / port In credits . Moms trusted me , and I trusted Tisha .Perpetuating the lack of faith . It makes me sad . No son wants to see their mom taking advantage of .

Waited over a hour to be acknowledged. The “representatives” were too busy flirting with customers which is so unprofessional and speaks volumes on how they run that place. On top of that, when it was my turn to be helped they allowed another customer to go ahead of me. Once I spoke up they became offensive which set the tone to the interaction. I proceeded to explain the reason for my visit and once my account was pulled up I was informed my name was taken off and I was not able to pick up the phone I was expecting. I do NOT understand why would the store manager make it clear to me I was able to pick up the phone up with no issue last week. I do not appreciate being lied to & that took time after work (TIRED) to pick up this phone and be met with incompetent so called customer service reps. All in all avoid this store because these people seem to not know how to do their job properly.

The customer service at this location can't be beat. I had the best experience with Starr when I went in shopping to replace my broken phone. She gave me options to best fit my budget. She set my phone up..she was very patient with me not remembering passwords ..etc. she made sure my free gift..air tags were set up ?. She even made a follow up.phone call a few days later to see if I had any questions. Starr...you are my "SHINING STAR".Thank You for your execnptional customer service and going Above and Beyond.This is why I'm a loyal T-Mobile customer. .

It's possible to Sale and not give Salesperson...that's what a successful salesman/saleswoman does...also...Ms. ASSISTANT MANAGER (in 2 conversations can't handle one) before you throw out words from across the room just because their under your "assistant manager" hat be ready to back them up with helpful and meaningful details..."it's a conditional approval" all tight faced...if that wasn't warranting an immediate exit I don't know what was...oh maybe it was the sales guy trained under you who gave up so easily. What happened to not letting the customer leave without completing the sale?? Also, I overheard you spelling the gentleman's name that you were helping Ms. ASSISTANT MANAGER over the phone with (I'm guessing customer service)...choose your words more empathetically next time, the gentleman you were helping was clearly foreign and you went on to say that his name was "kind of choppy"...where is your tact?? Omg I just can't... VERIZON HERE WE COME!!! If corporate reads this check the schedule for 11/19...you'll see who was working. 1pm. Good day!

This location closes the doors before it’s actually time to close the store. I arrive 10-15 minutes before closing. The doors were already locked and the representatives were shaking their head that this location is closed. I called into the store to see how long before the store closes do they lock the doors and was told it depends on how many workers and customers are in the store! I drove all the way here for this! A waste of my time.
