This place is a total wreck! Nothing folded, clothes thrown everywhere (literally carts full of clothes piled high), shoes stacked everywhere, etc. I have never seen a Target in such chaos!! Sad.

Visited this facility and had an issue with a purchase, I was soooo irritated but Drew made the process smoothe and quick. He was very professional, attentive, and helpful. I was ready to be done with Target after shopping here since they opened. Goes to show that the people you employ has a huge impact on customer experience. My family and I will continue to patronize this Target due to how well employees treat customers.

Enjoyed my experience at the Target location in McDonough. The store was nice and clean. I was able to find everything on my list. Customer Service was paramount for all staff I encountered, from the shopping cart collector, team leads, stockers, and cashier. My only recommendation is that they need more mobility carts for the elderly and disabled. Otherwise this Target offers Outstanding service.

The shoe department here is deplorable. There should be a dedicated team member to maintain this area. I would be more of a paying customer except I just turn around every time I see it. Target use to be my go to for shoes amongst other things. Now I have to reconsider

The 2 times I’ve bought in the electronics section I’ve had to return the items both times due to the product already being used or because the item was not the item in the box I had purchased. So annoying so now I have to check everything before I purchase.
Employees didn’t want to give me the time of day, their phone was more important. And the clothing and shoe section was trashed.

This Target was in a sad state, I stopped on my to Atlanta. The store was a mess. Yes, it was 830am on a Saturday, but the store should be organized before it closed the night before. The employees where on the floor and not one addressed me, with a good morning or say anything about taking photos. I don't blame the employees, since they are a reflection of management. What really surprised me was the green dress on the mannequin with a hole. So #target send corporate team to address the issues with this location. This is not a typical for a Target store. Good luck.
Sadly left without buying anything.

Tried calling their customer service/guest services at least 12 times over the past few days to save myself an hr trip. No one answers and the call just drops. This isn’t 1980. I’ll just drive to Atlanta then.
