I have been a member for almost 36 years and have had no problems. Customer service is excellent. There is always someone available (during work hours) to promptly answer the phone; I appreciate that nowadays that other companies are automated and lost their human touch, or that other companies have long wait times to speak to a person. I am so glad that they have expanded and provided various branches near me to choose from.

I've been with this credit union for almost 25 years, great customer service, trust that my money is protected, any sign of fraud they alert you, one phone call for loans and it's done, just have to go in to sign papers and get a check. Highly recommend

I went through the ATM got 600 out... went inside to exchange the 20s it spit out (because it didn't give me the option for larger bills) for 100s. No one was in the lobby, I walked right up to the counter and asked if I could exchange the bills I just got from THERE atm for larger bills. And KAREN (might be her name) said do you have a membership here? No but I just paid your ATM $2.50 to use it.And she would NOT exchange the bills...That lobby is going to stay empty with customer service like that. I sure won't EVER come back to open an account OR use that atm again.I guess my gyms shoes and sweat pants weren't up to par for the level of customers they want to serve.0 star if I could.

I have been with this bank for over 35 + years. I love Southern Federal Bank. I have never had a problem with this bank. I am grateful to be a member and a saver of my business here at Southern Federal BANK. 100%. The SF bank I love and appreciate..I am no longer -sonya42ful-google plus is no more. BUT I AM SONJA AND I HONESTLY LOVE THIS BANK. RECOMMEND this Bank-Southern Federal and Bank of America. to everybody... 2 great BANKS> 100%

Tried taking sister off account, was told to have her fill out paper work and send back. After i did this was told she has to come here, SHE IS 800 miles away!!!!!

Took them insurance paperwork in ref to a loan three times. it had discrepancies I was unaware of. I kept getting informed that they didn't have evidence of insurance. finally got a customer service representative that slipped and told me it had the wrong address ( branch instead of P.O.Box) after backing them in a corner in a phone conversation. That it had the wrong VIN too. So they actually had information. The situation would have been eliminated three trips earlier had they been forthcoming that the information was incorrect. But they would rather let me keep making trips to bring them incorrect information instead of tell me the truth. This is the second loan that this has happened with. Got so frustrated with it the first time I refinanced the first loan with with another bank and had no problems. Losing my confidence in TCSU. The insurance verification company is even worse. if you fax them something, it's a minimum 72 hours before you can find out if the have it because another office has to process it. Lazy and despicable customer service.

This credit union allowed a joint account be closed without notifying all owners being notified!!! I tried to talk to someone named Heather at one of the branches and she informed me that they can let any owner just walk in and do that. If you want your money protected do NOT DO BUSINESS with this credit union.

Trying to pay a bill (this is done every month) and the lady at the drive thru never seems to be able to find the account. I'm thinking she can't seem to be able to expand her brain beyond what is right in front of her.
