I went after work to mail 2 packages to WNC. UPS, I'm in awe of the amazing and professional customer service care that I received in this store. Mr. Javon greeted me immediately as I came in even though he was busy. He also helped me carry in a huge box of items. Ms. Adrianna was my cashier and she was kind and patient as she helped me puzzle pack my care package all in one box. I was able to get these important items in the mail and have a pleasant experience. Thank you so much! UPS stores for the best customer service!

Extremely poor customer service - have been waiting almost two months for a refund from a failed overnight delivery. Store manager (Phil) can't seem to provide any credible status updates and UPS corporate customer service says that they can't communicate directly with me, that all communications have to come through the store manager. A complete run around with no resolution as of this date. They have no problem charging your credit card immediately when you purchase one of their services, but can't issue a refund directly back to your credit card, it has to be mailed in the form of a check - such a ridiculous process....

As an artist it’s a great feeling knowing your work will arrive according to the collectors standards. I received great feedback on the packaging when everything arrived safe and in tact.When I had a small issue, Philip the store manager, took care of everything swiftly and professionally. Everyone is nice at this location and you’re greeted like family when you walk in. Kudos to UPS customer service training team and the genuine kind hearted staff.I will be returning to this location. ;)
