“Amazing place… this was my first time here and I just got emissions on 2 cars. The customer service was excellent. And the other employees coming in were friendly and polite. If I ever need some car repairs I found my place. The Lady that checked me in was amazing, she even took the time to listen to me when I told my Daughters car was having some starter problems, that when you turn the car off that it might not crank right back up, I told her it would take a few seconds. And the wait time was not long at all, was in and out”

“First of all, this was the best alignment I've had on the car, probably ever. They were super communicative with my somewhat special alignment requirements. They also got my AC working for the first time in YEARS. I thought it was going to take all sorts of parts, but a couple minor issues and it's blowing cold again!! They did uncover another issue that I had to defer until later (I only drive this car occasionally, so it can sit for a few weeks on the battery tender). But I'll be taking it back to fix that, and taking my wife's '92 Miata for alignment and maybe a general suspension checkup because we're hard on that old girl in the mountains.”

“I purchased my own set of tires and called them up to mount them ( + balance/alignment) on my 2019 Rav4 LE. My husband has been here several times with his infiniti q50 and told me to give them a try as they are the only people he trusts. We used to live in clayton county and we moved to Henry about 2 years ago and needed to find a new shop ASAP because the customer service over there in clayco was terrible, especially myself being a woman. I called here to make an appointment and Alexis was super kind, patient, and attentive to me and answered all my questions over the phone. Lobby is super clean and the coffee machine next to me was a great plus lol. I’ll definitely be returning and refer all my family and friends here. Thank you to everybody at McDonough Tire Shop you guys are awesome!! I really appreciate you”

“Very smooth and easy process from beginning to end. I was assisted by Mr. James and he was very helpful and kind :) I bought my tire the day of and he had it shipped to the store the very next morning. He called me the next morning and it took literally 10 minutes for them to put my tire on and send me my way. They also removed a nail and patched up another tire of mine. “Good experience. The lady (Candace Williamson) at the security checking was professional. Having a person like this at the entrance makes lot of things easy for a busy warehouse. She was very descriptive on what to do and guided perfectly. This helps to save lot of time and enhance the warehouse functionality. She gets a 5* and she deserves a promotion. She is a valuable resource/asset!”

“👏 Pep Boys! 👏 You know the service is great when you keep going back! 👍 I trust the people who work here. No gimmicks, no pushovers. Just people who want to not only stand behind their Mission: To make quality car care simple, convenient, and accessible for everyone; But, in my opinion, to keep customers loyal. I can search high and low, but I know if Pep Boys offers the services I need, no doubt about it, it's where I'm going. This particular Pep Boys gets a 5+ out of 5 from me. Good for them, sure! Great for me! Thank you gentlemen!”

“I would just like to say a huge thank you to whoever helped us tonight. We were coming home from Orlando and two of our tires went bad. One shop fixed one and didn’t bother checking the other tires, so we got about 20 miles and we were broke down again. We managed to reach his shop and he instantly helped us and was the kindest man I have ever met. Genuinely we owe this shop more than just a thank you.”
