Yes, the wait was a little longer than expected, but that was only because a couple of trucks were ahead of me—they clearly don’t rush the work. “Carey’s Collision has gone above and beyond the typical call of duty for car repair. At the time of needed repairs, I was on medical leave from work, and they took that straight to heart and were incredibly empathetic.
They offered guidance and insight as to how to currently help me in my current position, even if it was most likely costing them. And they did this because they see the person and their needs(apart from just vehicular), which far sets them apart.
There is NO other collision repair shop on the southside of Atlanta, and better yet to my knowledge, who will offer the quality of service, customer experience, and general interaction.
If google offered 10 stars, it would be an easy selection.”
“I went today for an oil change and everyone was very nice. The lady there working, noticed some front end damage on my vehicle and had the guys zip tie it up for me so it wasn’t dragging close to the ground. That was so nice of them to do that for me. I will definitely be back!”
“First of all, this was the best alignment I've had on the car, probably ever. They were super communicative with my somewhat special alignment requirements. They also got my AC working for the first time in YEARS. I thought it was going to take all sorts of parts, but a couple minor issues and it's blowing cold again!! They did uncover another issue that I had to defer until later (I only drive this car occasionally, so it can sit for a few weeks on the battery tender). But I'll be taking it back to fix that, and taking my wife's '92 Miata for alignment and maybe a general suspension checkup because we're hard on that old girl in the mountains.”

“I purchased my own set of tires and called them up to mount them ( + balance/alignment) on my 2019 Rav4 LE. My husband has been here several times with his infiniti q50 and told me to give them a try as they are the only people he trusts. We used to live in clayton county and we moved to Henry about 2 years ago and needed to find a new shop ASAP because the customer service over there in clayco was terrible, especially myself being a woman. I called here to make an appointment and Alexis was super kind, patient, and attentive to me and answered all my questions over the phone. Lobby is super clean and the coffee machine next to me was a great plus lol. I’ll definitely be returning and refer all my family and friends here.
