This was fast and efficient process! The vehicle was clean, tank was full, and the radio was off. The check in and check out process was quick, efficient, and thorough! I would highly recommend!

My Husband made a reservation for a truck for a 3 day rental. When we went to pick up the truck today, we were rudely told we had no reservation. After some digging, turns out they cancelled our reservation because we didn’t show up at the exact reserved time to pick it up. They gave no cancellation notification, no email, no phone call, no apologies, nothing. The older gentleman just smirked and rudely said, “well, you’re late so that’s why it was cancelled.” Then the lady says, “we already gave that truck away and we don’t have anymore.” There was no attempt to assist in any way; find another truck, make a new reservation for the next day, NOTHING! Yet, there were clearly trucks in the parking lot. Horrible attitudes and horrible customer service.

I was given a greasy floored truck that didn't get inspected before my rental, finding out too late to return for another one. Other than that the place I returned it to finally figured out it didn't have a sticker on it ( from inspection) and was nice enough to not make me pay a $35 clean fee !

Just went here today. These folks are AWESOME! Very compassionate, service oriented, and very helpful. These are the kind of people one does business with. I'm certainly coming back for my future moving needs.

I brought boxes from the Zack Hinton Pkwy location. Beware, this location does not buy back or refund for unused boxes. There is also a up charge on boxes. Furthermore, it’s not stated it’s a final sale.

When I picked up the truck the furniture dolly was not on the truck. When I asked the owner about it the next morning, he proceeded to give me excuses that people steal them. He then proceeds to passively blame me for reserving a rental after hours. As if I would know to only reserve a truck during business hours. If you are not able to accommodate your customers after a certain time don't have the option to reserve a truck and equipment after hours. I had to make 2 trips. I will not be using Uhaul ever again. This is the second time this has happened. I thought the incident was just local but it seems that Uhaul is not interested in keeping customers.

Rented online and van ready 30 mins later. Very clean van I rented and easy to drive. Returned truck after hours and followed the mobile instructions on returning taking pics of mileage, fuel, front cab/inside back and where truck left parked. Received email next day of final bill; no surprise charges. Easy process...
